This arguement has been going on for over a decade now. I don't think the sky is falling. Everytime a performer with a boob job quits a newbie without one takes her place. A year or two passes somebody puts the idea in the newbie's head and she gets hers done. Another year or two passes and she is out of the business replaced by another just off the bus girl with real tits. The sun rises in the east and sets in the west. I'm generalizing some but the general concept has been pretty consistent since the early 90's. People were having the same reaction to Angela Summers and Nikki Wilde's tits as they've had to Melissa Lauren and Katja's. If boobjobs were actually as detramental as some people think performers would have wised up and stopped getting them years ago.

I do actually feel some sympathy for the idea that fake boobs are becoming so ubiquitous in porn that they're hard to avoid. I think it's an exageration, but I understand where it's coming from and I understand how frustrating it must be if you are one of those fans and your favorite girl decides to go that route. But for me, unless the girl goes way overboard, I just don't have a problem with them. I also like the fact that, most of the time, it seems to be a pretty good business decision for her.
unfortunetly I don't think they'll disappear from porn. :( I wonder if girls tell other girls that having implants is the best. Really, I don't know who the hell tells every girl they should get implants! It can't be the majority of men, cuz men always tell nice titted women, "wow you have nice tits" or "damn that girl has nice tits." But even women with GREAT natural tits, Lacey DuValle and Tera Patrick, both got implants even though they had PERFECT tits.
I believe there are more people writing blogs than there are people reading them. Ok, boob jobs will never completely go away from porn. A few porn stars have stated that they'll never get them. Women in stripping or porn can be very competitive. That's normal. Big boobs get more attention. I'm sure that in 100 years, medical technology will be able to create large, natural boobs and implants will be a thing of the past. People will look back and compare them to wooden peg legs. Conformity has a stronger influence on younger people. I've over-heard several young women who are envious of their friend's new boobs. Boob jobs may drop in popularity, but they'll never completely go away.

I may be talking out of my arse here, but it always seems like serious porn fans (i.e. anyone who'd bother reading a forum like this) are much more likely to be against fake boobs than average porn consumers. Not sure why that would be the case, just an observation. You don't seem to see the same negative reaction when boob jobs are brought up on non-porn forums. When someone posts a bikini model pic (and she doesn't already have massive fakes) you can guarantee at least a few people will say "not bad, but she needs a boob job", and very few people will disagree. I've even seen models like Peaches and Isabella Camille get that kind of comment on other forums. Big fake boobs certainly don't seem to hurt a model's career, not even when they're pretty unnatural looking. There's plenty of evidence that strippers get bigger tips, porn stars get more work etc. While that's the case the boob job situation isn't going to change. I don't get it personally, especially when she has lovely boobs to start with, but then there are plenty of other fetishes I don't understand, from scat to gyno exam stuff. Even though they're common in porn, I don't really find it that difficult to avoid seeing fake boobs, or the other things that turn me off. It's just another good reason to read reviews and look at screenshots before I buy.

i'm personally not fond of them but not on any generic level...as everyone's said there are good boob jobs and bad ones but for me there are two specific issues. First if you have been a fan of a particular star with small boobs, like an Allysin Chaynes or Cheyenne Silver, you do kind of get annoyed when they alter their appearence, radically, that you've been a fan of. Second when a girl with a boob job is in profile in doggy position some boobs wiggle with these obvious implant outlines and stretch lines. Jenaveve Joli is a case in point...I'm a huge fan of Jenaveve's but I hate seeing her in that position. On the other hand if it makes them feel better about themselves and gets them more work..more power to em...I'll just deal. by the wy I had heard a while back Fiona Cheeks got a boob job...any confirmation?
I like Steve Holmes attitude towards breast. Paraphrasing - If you got them fine, if not I will find something else on the body to enjoy. I wish women would not feel selfconscious one way or the other. Are they getting implants for themselves or getting them to be noticed. We should all keep the Donda West tragedy under advisement when going under the knife. Breast reconstruction is a different story. Any woman that has a mastectomy should have her implants 100% paid for.

God was pretty good to me...I'm a 44DD. But as soon as I can possibly afford it, I will be in the market for a boob lift and inflation. I want to get a much larger set, at least 2-3 cup sizes. While I certainly think it will help me in the business, I'm also doing it for me. I want to be bigger. I like it. But that's me. I don't think it's for every woman.
You're decision but boob jobs look better with clothes on. Nothing better than a natural woman. Good luck. Flip side it think you can write the surgery off on your taxes if you are in the sex industry.

Well being a nurse, I do get a chance to take a look at and research the different doctors. If & when I do get a boob job it will be from a Johns Hopkins doctor..and it WILL look good!
Plastic surgeons have to work on stopping implants from wrinkling during sex (ie. Amber Michaels, Lezley Zen, Delta White). I recently heard a woman on Howard Stern that had sand breast implants. I think relative newcomers Lachelle Marie and Rachel Starr and some European women (Tarra White) have great implants. Looks like Dora Ventor got some implants which are in good taste. Some girls look like they're ready to explode (ie. Joslyn James).

Simple answer to a simple question: as long as there are people who prefer large breasts or fake breasts, there will be women who receive breast implants.
Interesting blog entry from Troy Michael, I guess a boob job can help the second phase of a girl's career in porn, but it still saddens me to hear a girl say she feels she has to do it. Boob jobs are flat out part of the American society. Anytime you got teenagers getting them for 14th, 15th, and 16th birthdays, the nation has embraced it. It may have started with porn and dancing, but it's so afordable these days that women consider it just as fast as men would consider Lasik. Like it or love it, it's here to stay and I have to admit that when done right it's a huge turn on.
You've got to be kidding. You are kidding, right? I mean no disrespect to the woman but those are the most obviously fake boobs I can imagine. How many bloackbuster stars of the last decade where boob job free? I have no clue, but can you name more than 3 that were on every box and getting top dollar and offers? Most girls start the biz these days with a job, but I just can't imagine most of todays biggest stars (No pun intended) without the twins. Ironically enough, I don't think the work done on Hillary was well done. Sure, she looks better, but the job is not as good as Kinzie, Katja and A Pierce.

And you'll continue to draw a blank because you probably don't like fake breasts. And because you probably don't like boob jobs no matter what anyone says or what explanation is given you probably won't change your mind about it. The poster that feels Eva's boob job is "perfect" may very well feel that way because he likes the way they look. He may not think they look "real" and probably doesn't care. "Real" doesn't automatically look or mean "perfect". There are plenty of ugly real boobs out there. There are plenty of women who look better from breast enhancement. I don't think Eva's breasts look "real" but they look okay and the size makes her body shape look better overall. I'm pretty sure she looks better in most clothes/outfits now that didn't used to before. You've got to remember even a pornstar doesn't spend all her life being naked. Most of their private life involves being dressed most of the time and if they like the way they look in clothes better after the surgery for most of them that's more than enough reason to do it.

If I knew a girl hated anal, only doing it because she felt she had to, I'd definitely feel bad for her, and it would definitely put me off her anal scenes.
