boob jobs will disappear from porn the way big hair disappeared from porn. When it goes out of style in society it will go out of style in porn. I will continue to fast forward thru any scene where I see those telltale sack lines (the exception being Jeneveve Jolie for whom I gritted my teeth thru her doggy scenes)
It's technology so it will stay and keep on being improved until you can't tell the difference, and then keep on being improved until there is no difference.
I'm pretty sure the girls know they have a choice. I'm pretty sure the girls know that some guys don't like implants. But more than that I'm pretty sure the girls in the business, talking to other girls in the business, talking to directors in the business, talking to agents in the business, actually out there trying to do what's best for their career I think would tend to have a better grasp of the breast implant situation and the impact it has on their career than a few guys on a messageborad who don't like implants. If breast implants were such a horrible choice for a porn girl's career don't you think the girls of the industry would've caught on by now? Don't you think if it was such a bad thing that didn't have any positive affects the girls who had it done would warn the girls who haven't about it? Where are all these miserable girls who got implants? How can so many girls be so wrong about this? Why do the people who hate implants never seem to want to take into account that many of the girls who get them seem happy to have them? If there was a line of girls who regretted getting implants and a line of girls who like their implants and feel it helped their career, which line do you put your money on would be the longest?
You're overlooking one critical point. People don't like to admit they made a mistake. People don't like to be wrong. Now whether or not a girl gets more work or makes more money with implants? I can't say. I have no idea. But there's a point where money and taste part ways. Some guys like implants. I don't know why but whatever. I just know that if those of us who don't just sit back and say nothing, eventually, there will be no way to avoid them. I'm not saying implants should be banned from porn. Just that the girls shouldn't feel like they have to have big ole honkin' fake boobs to make a porn career. It's ridiculous. A lot of the girls who have them now didn't have them when they first started doing porn. And they were already relatively popular when they had them done. Those girls didn't need fake boobs to do porn. Maybe they make more money now than they did before. Unfortunately, porn is a business. But we sure don't have to like it.
No they'll never disappear. For as long as ladies are are unhappy with the breasts and others get boob jobs like those of Laura Lion, Lacey Duvalle, Priya Rai, Carmella Bing & Velicity Von they'll always be a fair bit of demand for them and they're getting better all the time. Plus while the anti-implant lobby is vocal, boob jobs are not nearly as unpopular as they'd have you believe.
Just because you see it as a mistake doesn't mean they do. Like I pointed out if it were such a bad thing the girls who have them wouldn't be telling girls who are thinking about getting them to get them. Most girls are happy with their implants and love to show them off. The low cut tops come out, the girls encourage people to feel them, they brag about their doctors and they buy new clothes. Is that how people react to a "mistake"? You don't like implants so you're coming up with rationalizations as to why they're a bad thing. But the truth is that most girls get them and are happy they did and don't have any problems with them. Yeah, there's some who have problems but the vast majority of girls are just fine and happy with their decision. You may not like that decision but it's their body and they should be able to do what makes them feel happy regardless of how much it turns you off. In porn, despite what the vocal boob job haters think or say there must be an up side to getting a boob job because too many girls for too many years have been doing it for there not to be some sort of career benefit that the girls experience first hand. I don't know if you guys agree with me, but seems like more and more pornstar get a boobs natural job. Tastes change its impossible for eveyone ot be born with the popular taste.. so there will always be a boob job to do ... maybe in 20 years, big boobs girls will get a b job to get em smaller ;)
i disagree.... i have only been actively in the industry for a year... i was 18 when i started and just recently turned 20 i was no where near shot out for teen stuff i just wanted to stop doing just teen stuff and finally saved enough money to get em done "im the girl your mother warned you about"

I'm sure it isn't always true, especially when the woman gets them for her own benefit, but Melissa Lauren in her podcast with Skronker mentions that she thought she was almost 'shot out' in the US so she decided to get a boob job and work a while in Europe.
Simply put...NO! More women outside of porn are getting boob jobs now as plastic surgery continues to grow. I liked Candie Evans when I first started watching porn in the 80s. Then she got a boob job and I was hooked forever to big boobs! Nothing like a skinny girl, 5 foot 2 with DDs!!!!!! Sir Mix-a-Lot said it best; "36-24-36...only if she's five three!"
