If you have seen any of Rosebuds dvd's, you might reconsider wanting these 2 titles on disc. Pleasure Productions does Rosebuds dvd's and I've seen Bottom Feeders #1 and #2 and the picture quality is not very good. I have heard good things about this series as well, and I think that someone from Rosebud posted something here at adultdvdtalk about Heavy Metal coming out on disc, but that was months ago, and I've heard nothing since then. Too bad, cause I was looking forward to these as well. If you want good black guy/white girl action you can't go wrong with the Up Your Ass series put out by Anabolic. The best interracial series out IMHO.
Not to fear, "Lexington Steeles Heavy Metal #1" is being released on December 3, 2001. The release date was pushed back do to technical problems. It features over an hour of extra "behind the scenes" footage not seen on vhs. This is a high quality dvd 9 format. Our dvd's have all received great reviews, I dont know why it is being said the quality is bad?
See the review from Peeping Tom on Bottom Feeders #2(on this site) regarding video quality. When I watched these two discs I noticed a red hue when an area of the picture was dark, what I mean is if there was a dark shadow it almost looks red instead of black, which is not a good thing. Find somebody other than Pleasure to do Rosebud's dvd's, the movies are too good not be given the dvd treatment they deserve. I'm not saying it's horrible, but it should be a lot better.
I have yet to see a Rosebud DVD or a Pleasure DVD. But if M.B. is right, I sincerly hope that Rosebud makes those corrections, Nothing is worse than a great video transferred onto DVD, and have poor quality.
To Rosebud, If you make these changes and make this DVD the best it can be, you will enjoy the fruits of your labor. Because :
Bad DVDs = Bad Reviews = Bad Sales. and Good DVDs = Good Reviews = Good Sales
So I wish you guys the best, and hope that the quality is top notch.
While I may not be a fan of Lex, Heavy Metal has a great cast (Leanni Lei, Jewel De'Nyle, Justine Romee, etc...)

Heavy Metal #1 dvd will be released this week or early next week DEFINATELY. There was a problem with the foil for the insert, with the artwork. There has been a few setbacks with the dvd over the past months but, it is coming out in a matter of days. I will make an announcement the day it hits the streets. thanks very much!

With the high profile Jules Jordan has at the moment, I would suggest releasing some of his films on disc, instead of 'classics'(I use that term loosely) that you have recently put on to dvd.
