I doubt it will be a "new big thing".... although maybe someone like Adrianna Chechik will do something like Arwen did in the scene with three guys and a dildo. You can't do it with 4 men.. just not able to navigate all the bodies. 3 men and dildo seems to be what it is and even then it is so damn crowded with the bodies it is hard to get any movement with the guys cocks. The man in the middle of even a TAP usually is just in with the tip and not able to do much in and out movement. Honestly, I think the fisting/prolapse is more of a trend than quadruple anals.
