Reviewers Recommend Oil Explosion 10 (All Anal) - review by Captain Jack Director: Pat Myne Starring: Angela White, Christian Clay, Vince Karter, Zac Wild, Emma Rosie, Victor Ray, Rissa May, Cheerleader Kait. Read review
I watch porn to see my favorite porn chick. I don't care who she's screwing as long as he's not ugly. Ugly dudes are very distracting. I don't care what race the dude or the chick is. I don't want to hear about it either; in the title or the dialogue. It just sounds stupid.
Pimp Daddy Kane I'm not against IR, I'm against Minstrel Shows. Did we answer that question already... Why is IR making so much money?
The fact is there still racism in porn today? The answer is yes there still is, and like in America today racism isn't going away anytime soon. Mr. Marcus said it best that it hard for a black person to get into porn. Black girls who get into porn long last for 2-3 year or short and don't make alot of money. The impact of IR in porn today is Hugh, and company want a peace of it. Most IR fans are black male and white girl. Some of the big named in porn are doing IR like Jannie, Julia Ann, Sannvann Samson, Jenna Hazes, and Brianna Banks. You have white guy who are director are directing IR like Jules Jordan, David Luger, and others. Company like Evil Angel, WCP, Black Ice,RLD, and other company have big seller of IR porn. At next year AVN award show, they should have Best IR Scene, because they are too many good one.
This is Vivid chance to add a IR fan based because of the Blackmaled series so it won't be called a racist company like in the past. Pluse it will open the door for a Vivid IR line in the future. Give then a chance.
I see the way blacks are being degraded in most IR films. How the films make Interracial sex out to be some big taboo. I don't think it's anything to be proud of.
Of course there's a progression. Hopefully in the future there will be no IR niche; and Tyler Knight, Lex, Mr Marcus and all the rest will just be some dicks fucking pornstars. Until then, I'm going to call it like I see it.
When I see titles like "Bang that Black Bitch White Boy", "Little White Chicks... Big Black Monster Dicks", or "Slant Eye for the White Guy", I just roll my eyes and pass it by. If I'm watching a movie and I hear some chick say, "I love that Nigg@ cock", I fast-forward.
And I would be willing to bet money that white men make up the majority of IR buyers. For the same reason Amos and Andy was so popular back in the day.
That's funny. But, I'll be careful not to upset you too much.

I dont really expect to see another Blackmaled movie after Savannas at least for awhile. None of the other girls seemed to ready to jump in and do the next one. I keep hearing Brianna is doing the next one but Ive never seen anywhere shes confirmed this. Stefani doesnt seem to worked up to do one and has stated its not in her contract to do so. Lacie has stated she will not be doing a blackmaled movie. Sunny we know wont be doing a blackmaled movie. So that leaves Tiffany and Monique and Monique has played with she is doing one but Id say that all depends on Savannas movie. Tiffany I dont think is required to do a blackmaled series movie either. So the fans of IR want this series to continue it will be up to you to make it happen. If it sells better than the average vivid release then there will be another. If it sell average or below average then thats all and I dont think Vivid will open up to the idea again.
Hey bender, how were you able to find out that lacie didn't want to do blackmailed? Personally, I'm going to focus, and buy the movies, from the girls who are doing IR rather than worry about those who don't. Thanks for the info though.

As far as Lacie goes I asked her and she said no she wouldn't be. I also think even if Savannas movie sells well Vivid will wait at least a year before shooting another one. They will want to see what affect it has on Savanna's movies released after this one. I dont think Janine's movie was the seller everyone thinks it was it may have been because Digital released an IR movie of hers at the same time I believe some of her other b/g titles sold better then this one. But it did sell well enough to explore the idea to continue the series. So Im thinking they are using Savanna as a sort of test run shes the oldest of the Vivid girls so shes the logical choice to do it with.
Janine's movie did a good job at seller anyway. Well Vivid is trying to get the IR fans with the Blackmaled series. Is any one from Vivid that post on here that can respon to this topic btw, we would like to here from were know word on it. But if Vivid doesn't make an IR line then there are our IR lines out there like Black Ice, WCP, and Evil Angel that can make good IR movies.
Mod: ok guys, this thread has been to the edge of being locked and back. Since it's returned to somewhat less firey I'll let it run for the moment.
I'll say it once. To everyone in general.
I don't give a fuck how much of a bad-ass anyone thinks they are or anyone wants to make themselves out to be, because after all, everyone is a Big Man On The Internet, and I'm simply not interested.
Don't be stupid. Don't stir up flames. Don't insult each other.
Follow those simple rules and the thread stays open, people don't get banned and everyone can be a happy camper.
I agree, let try to be peaceful on here, and not started a war on here. Vivid can hire black girl to fuck white guys in there movie but not black guys. I wish Vivid can bring an IR line if the Blackmaled series is a big seller.
To me, Fred makes good points that have yet to be refuted. the unknown pervert's ridiculous diatribe about Eskimos and Indians doesn't, that's for sure and to call someone "fucking retarded" for bringing up what Fred did is...well, fucking retarded. Maybe if there were actually some "Arab, Mongolian, Zulu, Vietnamese or Albanian" men doing porn and they had ANYTHING to do with this discussion, he'd have a point but since the topic is about Vivid's series about doing BLACK MEN, I don't see the relevance. When you can provide an honest answer or at least a theory to those two VERY good questions above, I'd think twice about who I hurled insults at.
So I'll reiterate for my man: Why have Black Vivid girls always been expected to fuck the spectrum yet their White contract stars have always reserved the right to refuse service to black men? When was a black female star's alleged race-based sexual aversion accomodated by Vivid? When did you ever hear of Vivid touting a black woman's first IR scene?

I'm no big fan of Vivid in general, or their racial politics specifically. If the company policy isn't racist, then it's at least an assumption on their part that their market is, and that's how they do business. As far as their black contract girls are concerned, were there any that didn't want to work with white men? I realize we can assume preferences on the part of other people, but I think it would be wrong put it out there like a fact unless there's something to support it. Gossip. A rumor. Anecdotal evidence. A post career interview? Women signing with Vivid have always known pretty much what they were getting themselves into and have usually been comfortable with their decisions. The reason some women are leaving the fold is because they're not happy with the new direction of the company, and that's their right. The remaining women will probably thrive, and any new recruits will have the same degree of comfort those that came before them did. Existing fans of IR should only see this as a blip on their radar because other companies that have always delivered this genre will continue to do it, and better than Vivid could ever hope to with all their limitations.
Were there any black contract girls who didn't want to work with white men? I don't think so. If they did, I doubt they would have been under contract and that is precisely the point. I don't believe Vivid would sign a black female performer to a contract who wasn't willing to work with a variety of races. They were expected to. However, this expectation was not placed on their white counterparts. Up until recently, if you were a white woman who didn't do IR and were seeking a Vivid contract, you could still land one. If you were a black woman with these same limitations, I would say there was no way in Hell Vivid would consider you. You call it a business or marketing decision but in truth, it IS racism.
In a just published interview on "www.Xcitement.com" Monique Alexander says she's scheduled to shoot a "Blackmaled" sexvid, with either Mr Marcus or Sean Michaels.
She not only says she's okay with working with either guy, but in answering another question (about what she would change if she ruled the world), she speaks out against racial intolerance. So, it's probably a safe bet to say that Monique wasn't pressured, by money, into going IR. Also, I read on another website a few weeks ago, that Monique was out clubbing in LA with Mr Marcus & some other bros., so he may be the lucky guy who gets her on-screen IR cherry--or she may be doing some (real life) practicing for her IR scene.
And, speaking of "cherries,"--and real life practicing--in the same interview Monique says that in preparation for her first anal scene, which was scheduled for late July (the interview was taped in early July)she's just had off-screen anal sex for the first time ever. The lucky dude is a friend-with-benefits from Monique's hometown. Monique says it was great--and she now loves anal sex! And, according to her, she's contracted to shoot two anal scenes this year, and four next year.
If this is really Monique's attitude, her fans should expect some really good scenes from her in the coming two years. And Vivid can rejoice that they've finally found a replacement for Tawny Roberts. A twentysomething hottie, with a strong fan base, who's willing to do anal.
Right on Kami! lol, I was thinking how long it would take to see Vivid PR's to talk about how their "stars" would love to do big selling acts that before, They probibly would do.
Great interview derek! Have you heard anything about whether briana banks is doing a blackmailed movie, I'm readiung some conflicting things on the net.

Info about Briana Banks has slowed down since she moved to the Pittsburgh area to be with a new boyfriend. She also doesn't keep up her MySpace page, so I wouldn't be too surprised if she goes into semi-retirement...or called it quits. In "pornstar years" Briana has already lived more than a lifetime.
No word on who the lucky dude is, but Scott Nails had the honors with Devon (in her Digital Playground "Intoxicated" anal cherry-buster), and he's one of the younger "vivid-boys- of-choice" so it may be him.

[/quote] lacie heart did her first anal scene with scott nails so maybe your right, but scott nails has a pretty big cock i would be surprised if she did her first anal with him, i think someone like tommy gunn or derrick pierce is more likely.
Vivid has had a very long history with black male performers being virtually shut-out of their productions. Not one to assume all brotha's know one another, but I'm sure you've at least heard of Sean Michael's. I challenge anyone to look at Sean's extremely long career in adult films and the relatively low number of films he shot with Vivid, and then come back and tell me they haven't excluded black males from their productions, especially thru the 80's & 90's. Their history is clear, plus there have been many former white performers and contract stars who have worked for them that have admitted it over the years. It has amazed me of just how many of their starlets have shown a distinct aversion to black dick over the years, again especially the 80's & 90's. Some may chose to call it a coincident, I say I don't believe in coincidences. Seemed pretty obvious to me.
I'm no black activist though. I'm just a black pervert who enjoys watching women get fucked on screen. No more, no less. If I find a starlet hot enough, I'm gonna watch her in something until she proves otherwise.
I don't believe in coincedences either. Vivid does have a negative track record towards Black male talent, and BM/WF scenes in particular.
That having been said, performers like Tyler are only seeing it from the working end. Mr. Knight does not strike me as a paticularly political person, so he's giving his best anecdotal account. I appreciate his candor.
This issue is alot bigger than Vivid. Mainstream Hollywood is in love with WM/BF sex all of a sudden. At the same time, the still re-write scripts to keep Denzel, Big Will, and Wesley from any white girl entanglements on big budget productions. There is a belief that market forces have dictated this. That belief is certainly motivated in part by the insecurities of the white male power brokers who are making the assertion.
Vivid is at a crossroads. If they go back to making IR titles, as they did in the mid-early 90's, will they have trouble recruiting top female talent? If they don't, will they continue to see their audience dwindle as the independent studios produce quality IR? Tough question when millions of dollars could be at stake...
I've followed/researched post-quitting interviews with all of the former Vivid Girls, and none of them say they quit because of IR.
The reason I keep seeing is the "harder" or more "extreme" and gonzo-like sexual "attitude" that is now being incorporated into Vivid's sexvids. Meaning: more Vivid sexvids like "Roughed Up" where the Vivid Girl is pulling around on a lease and fucked hard by several guys; more productions like the RLD/Vivid sexvid starring Briana Banks, that was very hardcore/rough; more Vivid Girl/Big Dick (Rocco, Manuel, Ben English, etc.) combos, where the Vivid Girl is subject to harsh physical poundings/degradation; and more anal/multiple partner scenes.
Vivid, at one time in the 1990s, advertised itself as the "Company that puts the Girl on the Pedestal--not the Pedestal in the Girl." This company policy, beginning last summer when Vivid insisted on re-negotiations of existing contracts, has shifted. That's when several of the Vivid Girls left.
Finally, given the make-up of the adult industry customer base, I find that most female performers have little "problem" with ethnic men...black, asian, whatever. However, sometimes their real-life boyfriends/husbands do; as do some fans.

If the performers dont have problems doing scenes with ethnic males then why are there some many girls who wont do the IR? For every one big name girl that wil do IR I can 5 who wont. Thats just how it is and I dont see that changing
Like I said: it's very often boyfriends/husbands who object to the female performer working with black men. I've only met one female porn performer (a non-contract girl that I won't name) who privately said things that let me know she would never work with a black guy.
The other dynamic at play is the two-faced attitude of many porn company owners or directors who push girls to work with black studs for the "her first IR" sales boost, then make negative remarks about the girl (behind her back to other performers) after the girl has done IR. I've personally seen this from directors.
Still, let's keep in mind what I said in my post, above: IR is NOT the reason some of the Vivid Girls left. It's the extreme, harder sex acts. If Vivid puts performers that like each other/have chemistry, and they don't fuck-up the scenes in the editing room, the "Blackmaled" series should sell very well.
Vivid's quality problem is with terrible "staging," or direction, of sex scenes; and post-production editing.

Ask Mercedez, Twany Roberts or Lexie Marie if they will ever do an IR scene and the answer you will get is no. So was the Black-Maled movie being part of there contract the reason they chose to leave Vivid Id say it didnt help anything. Most want come right and say no because when they do its all the forums shes a racist. But if you go check out Mercedez bulletin board she says no she wont ever do interracial and that doing interracial will hurt a performers marketablity

Realizing the lack of logic some people have can be so hysterical at times. So these guys don't mind being married to or dating a woman who gets her pussy and/or ass blown out everyday by a bunch of strange men, neither do they mind that she gets sprayed with the jizz of just about every guy working in porn, just so long as they're all white? Amazing, isn't it? Oh Well, I guess if it made sense, it wouldn't be bigotry.
This probably means that she was once involved with a black guy who did her wrong. He probably used her and dumped her. That's usually how these types of resentments form.
This is not surprising. I always suspected that there were alot of directors in the business who are like this, which would explain the ever present attitude of IR still being "taboo." However, if this is the only thing that he can somehow find to concoct as being "negative" about her, then that is certainly a definite sign of insecurity on his part, and may be a big piece of the puzzle as to why he's working in porn in the first place.
Until recently, the Vivid girls weren't allowed to fuck black men.
But they didn't dare to talk about Vivid's no-IR-policy when they were asked why they didn't do IR. So they made statements like "I'm not attracted to black men" etc.
I've seen Mercedez's statement about marketability, which fits in with what I said about girls being talked about behind their backs. So Mercedez is correct to fear that IR could "hurt" her career.
As for Tawny & Lexie, both girls are heavy into the hip hop scene (as is remaining Vivid Girl Monique Alexander, who will do two IR scenes)and have been photographed hanging with black men, off set. Indeed, one of the girls named has dated, in her private life, a black man; and there was no "dump" involved when they split.
My points remain: the industry is behind the times in accepting IR dating in the 21st Century, not the twentysomething female porn performers. Most porn girls' decisions regarding IR are economic; and the departures from Vivid of the stars you mentioned (plus Sunrise Adams) were based more on the harder, more gonzo-like content that the company was moving towards. Not IR.
I all I know is what they told me in emails on myspace. Id like to know where everyone is getting its part of their Vivid contract to do the BlackMaled movies?
Tawny Roberts when I asked her she seemed offended that I would even ask it. This is after I heard she was involved in a interracial relasionship in her personal life. Shes no longer a Vivid girl and I believe stopped performing all together
Lexie Marie I asked just a few weeks ago and she said no. Again no longer a Vivid girl
Mercedez has and always will be against doing IR and has stated it many times. Again no longer a Vivid girl think the threee most out spoken about not doing IR maybe had something to do with them leeaving
Stefani Morgan has stated on this forum she doesnt know if she will and that doing so is not part of her contract. So if I had to guess Id say no she wont be doing it
Tiffany Taylor has said the same thing not sure and no its not part of her contract. Same here Id guess no
Brianna Banks was rumored to be next in line to do the BlackMaled line after Savanna. When I emailed her it was a couple months ago she said she wasnt sure and no it wasnt in her contract to do so. Guess Id say you may have seen the last of Brianna
Lacie Heart when I emailed her about the BM series and she said No then asked if it was in her contract to do so again No. So it looks like shes out
Monique Alexander doesnt surprize me that she would be the next girl to do the BM series. Most girls who come into the industry g/g only are more open to do IR once they start doing b/g scenes. Shes stated shes doing it
Savanna I think shes game for anything they could throw at her
Sunny I think everyone knows the answer to this one. No I could be wrong I never asked so who knows
So out of the seven active Vivid girls. One has done the BM movie. One is getting ready to shoot it. Three that are not sure to me that means no. One has said no and one is highly unlikely. So again where is the rumor its part of their contract coming from? Cause 4 of the 7 have stated its not part of their contract. So 2 of 7 are willing to step up and do it right now.
IR was part of "the renewal package" that Vivid put on the table when they (unexpectedly) began re-negotiating existing girls contracts last summer.
The contents of the package have been written about in the porn press, as well as interviews with individual performers. Anal, multiple partners, IR, condoms-optional were all part of "the package"--which each girl had to negotiate items in/out of. Whether Vivid expected a girl to accept EVERY item put on the table is doubtful...but it certainly let all of the girls know what "direction" the company was going. It was this direction that I believe caused the exodus. Also note: director Chi Chi LaRue left Vivid in protest to their new condoms-optional change.
Finally, only the girls & Vivid know if there was a "minimum" number of items that had to be accepted in order to renew. My understanding is that those who left, did so early in their negotiations.

Derek117 what Im asking is where are you seeing that doing interracial is part of the current girls contract? Post me a link other than whats been posted on wikipedia which has since been changed. The only girls I have heard saying that IR was beeing pushed through their contracts were Mercedez and Lexie Marie. The choose not to resign with vivd and the only thing that makes since is them not wanting to do IR. Anal to the best of my knowledge they were already doing, multiple partners again I think they were doing to a degree, condoms-optional whats the difference they could still use them if they liked. I do think vivid will have trouble getting this series too say 4 or 5 movies with Monique they will have 3 the next 2 with this current group of 7 girls will be tough. 4 out 7 current girls do not have IR worked into their contract and 1 of the remaining 3 only doing g/g scenes. Dont get me wrong I hope they all do it but when you ask the other five your getting the same excuses you always have. If they dont want to do IR thats fine with me also I want them to do what their comfortable with if not its going to show in the scene

A couple of months ago in real time is like five years in porn career time and MySpace isn't exactly the National Archives when it comes to accurate historical data, a lot of the porn star sites on MySpace are fake.

Stefani Morgan posts on here ask in her thread if she plans on doing an IR scene. I bet you the answer you will get is she doesnt know. Ask her if doing IR is part of her contract she will tell you no again. She seems to always answer questions in her post so ask her. Again I hope they all do but I hate to see people get thinking Vivid going to have all their girls do IR when in fact over half are not contracted to do so. If they are not required by contract to do so way do would they do it. If they can stretch it out another 3 to 5 years who knows what the pay day for it would be then

Yeah, like she's in such high demand now, right? Or then again, maybe she is. Who knows? It's just not like I've seen her on the front of a whole bunch of boxcovers lately. Actually, this bit about it hurting a girl's career is all bullshit, and is just a weak way of rationalizing not doing it. If she doesn't want to do it, then just say so. Don't insult peoples' intelligence by coming up with some lie that it will hurt your career. I still won't find her worthy of respect either way, but at least I'll know she's honest.
I think I know who you're talking about. If the girl I'm thinking of is the same girl you're talking about, then nobody's really missing much.
Only if more people in porn didn't give a rat's ass, we wouldn't even be having this lame conversation.
