Does anyone have any info on these Wolfe Video DVD titles at Reel.com: Erotic Choices, Chain Reaction, Summer the First Time, and Sirocco/Desertion? They are available for preorder ($17.99 each) and can be had for less when combined with Reel's coupons (plus free shipping in November). Are these softcore? I wouldn't expect Reel to carry any hardcore porn, but I'm definitely curious about these.

I talked to Wolfe Video a long time ago. They said everything they had on DVD was sensual r-rated stuff.
Supposedly they make great movies. But I have no first-hand experience with 'em.

I doubt Reel will ever carry any XXX titles. They are pretty family oriented. But, you may want to check out DVDexpress. They are the only mainstream DVD company that has adult titles, with the possibility of an occasional coupon. In my experience the adult dvd retailers seem to be more equiped if you know what I mean.

I'd stay away from wolfe....unless you like soft core......theyre nice to look at and i guess can get you horny but i'd put my money where my mouth was-wink- and get the good stuff!

I ordered Chain Reaction and Sirocco (but from 10%) because I was in lust with the performers....
And yes, while these movies may get you off, you do not see any real sex going on. You see hints of blow jobs for example, but you don't actually see anything. And as for any cum shots....forget about it. I guess we're supposed to know when the actors are getting off by the screwed up expressions on their faces (because that's the only "proof" that we have that anyone is actually having an orgasm).
But still, since I am not a huge fan of the 20 minute long ass-pounding scenes that you get with most hard-core movies (complete with faux-disco score), I don't mind this too much. And it is definitely better than
The Urge!

I'll be putting up a review of the soft-core title "Arousal" (from Titan) in the next week or so.
At first glance, it's awfully well done--but I'm not sure I understand the point or the need for gay soft-core. Still, I guess they wouldn't make it if they couldn't sell it...
