I have a basic problem with these so called I/R threads because they propagate ignorance and the incorrect believe that there is such a thing as race and that concepts applied to it somehow define human beings. I have a white female friend that seems to date black guys almost exclusively. Not on purpose, she just seems to date primarily black guys. She has watched porn and says many of the black guys she sees are not that attractive. GOOD hetero porn has to be based on both parties being hot for each other. Race is often not at all the issue. And having a really big dick typically ranges from "nice, but not what determines if I find the guy attractive" to "damn it's too big and is unpleasant" among many girls. So, if the guy is cast solely because of how big his dick is and his keeping it hard, that may not be nearly enough for the girl to be into him. Sure the absence of those things can hurt, but ya can't cast based solely off that if you want girls to be likely to be aroused. I just see a lot of black guys in porn that I'm sure my girlfriends that are plenty into black men would not be into.
Same can easily be said for white men in porn - I'll be straight up truthful with you and tell you that not every white guy I've done on camera has been hot. On the flipside though, I think the same can be said for many women in porn too - not every woman in porn is considered attractive by mainstream media standards, but hey, there's someone for everyone - that's why the porn biz will always be lucrative. As for hot black men in porn - I'd recommend to your female friends to check out Jack Napier & Tyler Knight - they're both very attractive black men - YUM!

Monica, I don't post here often, but I assume you are a porn star. How much would it enhance your performances if: 1) There was a larger number of attractive guys for you to work with 2) The set-up/direction was non-invasive and such that it was simply a matter of shooting in a comfortable, sexy environment. i.e. a big bed in a decorative room rather than a couch or some uncomfortable surface. Pretty much no stopping of the scene by the director and no demands as to positions or places to fuck. Perhaps you're bosses/company people would rather you not answer honestly, so I understand. But, I'd love to see women get what they want in sex. Rather than what misinformed guys THINK they want.
I'm not sure who you're responding to here. Let me just say that as a white guy I'm sure as heck not saying anything about superiority. Quite the opposite. I'm just saying too many of the black guys are not attractive. And, I agree that the same goes for the white dudes. There's just a smaller "talent pool" of black guys. If there's a total of 2 or so hot black guys in the biz, that's not very many! Especially of those guys aren't available to work with the company(s) a girl wors with.
Well, being that I don't have any "bosses" that monitor my every move (I'm not a contract star, just a freak who likes doing scenes), I'm pretty comfortable answering your questions Skyway. I feel that presently there IS a fairly good amount of attractive men to work with (looking at the male talent pool as a whole - not just the "black guys"), however I'm not currently on the "level" of which I really get to "pick and choose" who I'm booked with - that's the casting person/director/studios role. Would it effect my "performance" to work with guys that are more pleasing to eye? Generally yes but not always - has a lot to do with the combination of chemistry, professionalism and experience. Would a "non-invasive" shooting technique improve my performance - of course but that's not too realistic being that 1) porn sex isn't remotely like your personal life sex in many situations and 2) considering the angles that viewers enjoy, a "non-invasive" approach would be close to impossible (which is actually ok being that many in the biz, including myself are exhibitionists to begin with. You made a good point in regards to there being a very small pool of Black men in porn. There are definitely more than 2 "hot" ones, the 2 I mentioned were just the first names that came to mind, but overall there is a very small pool of Blacks in porn period, I have my thoughts as to reasons why but that's not for this thread. It's a shame you can't choose; that all women can't choose. And, yes, by attractive men I mean the whole package, not just looks. If you could choose, perhaps porn sex could be a little more like sex in your "non-porn" life. AS far as angles go, I could care less if it disrupts the comfort or feel of the scene. Some women do IR because they think it's "cool". Some women do IR because they are indifferent. Some women do IR to piss off their ex boyfriends. Some women do IR because they think that they can't be liberal if they don't. On the flip side: Some women don't do IR because they aren't attracted to other kinds of men. The answers are complicated, and they vary because race is a very complex topic. Some of it seems racist, and isn't. Some of it seems not racist and is. You really gotta take a step back before you jump to any conclusions.
What's the big deal about the women who don't do IR? There are SO many hot women/great performers that do IR that it doesn't matter. I'd venture to say that most of the best performers now do IR and those that haven't probably will. From what I've seen its mostly not racial reasons but waiting for the big money payday. Isn't that besides enjoying sex the reason that anyone should be in this biz? It's all about longevity and leaving the fans hungry for the next step, right? I'll admit, there a few lost causes to IR that leave me bit disappointed, but that number is so small that I don't really care. What is annoying to me is giving lame excuses for not doing IR. It would be better to either pass on the IR question or simply say that you don't want to have sex with blacks.
