They were offering free lipo for with any procedure (ie-facelift, tummy tuck, breat augmentation)that you are having performed. How scary is that. Doesnt make it sound very safe when they say that. Its like an ad for the grocery store. When you buy a 3 of something you get anohter one free. Maybe you can answer me this. How come some people in the industry are against boob jobs & so forth? Cause Ive had alot of people tell me not to. Actually one of my friends threatened me (in a friendly way) if I got a boob job that I'd be a in alot of trouble. Whats up with that? [Link]

And there is scaring, and (usually) bloating. There have been few girls that looked better after surgery than before. We've seem a lot of it. Many have tried, few have succeeded, and some have needed corrective surgeries. [Link]

Does anyone know if the salt water ones are hard or soft? I know that the saleen ones are hard. The silicone ones are soft but if they rupture you get sick cause it goes into your blood stream. With a girl like you, it almost seems like plastic surgery is a detriment as opposed to an enhancement. You're already breathtaking so it seems as though it would only lessen your beauty if your body were augmented. That's my take anyway. Meaning you already have to have them in and are going up in size. And yes the silicone can be terribly toxic in the blood stream if they rupture. Some people can even have a reaction just from the implant being in inside them without rupturing. The list of health problems from people reacting negativley is long. If this is true, I understand (though I love you just the way you are). I think some of the most important things to keep in mind are: * Make sure you choose a plastic surgeon who is proven to be great at performing boob jobs (and has successfully performed thousands of them). Try to get the best plastic surgeon that money can buy, because you're going to be living with the results for the rest of your life. (Presumably, you're pulling down some serious bucks as a hot new porn star and can afford the best, so I wouldn't skimp on something so important.) Get as many references as possible. Make him (or her) show you lots of photo samples of his or her work. Make sure he or she has credentials up the ass. * Make sure you know all of the risks before you commit to surgery. Don't rush into anything. Remember, you don't have to get a boob job. But if you are (or become) certain that you want one, know all of the risks ahead of time and make sure you're cool with them. * There is at least one surgical technique that I've been told (by a woman who got a breast job) is guaranteed not to leave any visible scarring. Make sure, before you commit to surgery, that the surgeon will use that technique (or one of those techniques). * Make sure that the safest substance is used in the breast enhancement (toxicity has been mentioned before). I'm not up to speed off the top of my head on what that substance is, but it's easy to find out with a little research (maybe that substance has already been mentioned in this thread, I don't know). Safety is more important than any other factor. There might not be such a thing as a perfectly safe substance, but do go with the safest kind currently available (whatever that is). * Make sure that the breast enhancement is in proportion to the rest of your body. Avoid "the bigger the better" mentality that many porn girls fall prey to (don't let your ego cause you to make a bad decision, keep a level head). I know some girls who wish they could get out of their contract. What you get with a contract is some security, if u get with the big companies you get a marketing machine behind you and probably travel and get to some interesting promotional stuff. You'll be working in bigger budget movies than in gonzo, playing a role instead of yourself. You won't make anywhere near as many movies as you are now. And most likely won't make nearly as much money. I think the career path of most girls with Teagan's looks is to work for awhile in gonzo, making lots of money, lots of box covers, getting her name well known. Once you've done it all in gonzo there really isn't much else to do, the next group of 'Teagans' will have arrived - so then it's time to move on to features and/or a contract and potential superstardom. About a breast job. Well of course do what u want but they are passe. Can you name the last group of young girls in the biz to really make a mark? Aurora Snow, Jenna Haze, Taylor Rain, Ashley Blue, all natural, all small breasted - porn viewers want to see young pornstars looking real and natural. Teen content is all I sell and I can't sell a girl with breast implants to anybody - and my customers represent practically every major teen website on the Internet. These companies do more customer research than any adult video companies - models are tracked, photosets and video are tracked, the customers want natural. The feature company still think that's what the public wants and maybe in a 28 year old pornstar that stereotype is what the audience wants. I still doubt it. Taylor Rain is a mystery to me - she is more popular than all but a few superstars who have been around for alot longer time than her and have marketing machines behind them - YET Taylor apparently never received a big contract offer from the best feature companies - VIVID, WICKED, DIGITAL PLAYGROUND, VCA - she got a contract with Legend Video, hardly a top echelon feature company. Nobody's told me anything, i haven't read anything but my speculation is that Taylor overexposed herself in gonzo and worked for people ....Khan Tusion, Meatholes, etc .. that the feature companies don't want any part of.
