I have used Xrent many,many times over the years and found them excellent,in fact they're the only company i use now.
Not ordered for a while though due to the terrible exchange rate

I agree completely with the posters above.
I've bought 600 DVDs from XRent using their no cases service and never had a problem.
Buy with confidence!

they banned me from using them as i asked for my money back for a dvd that was corrupt.
they do not like to refund.

You must not have asked nicely, because they readily replaced a faulty DVD that I received from them.

I also one time had to replace a dvd and it was no problem. Probablement asking for refund instead of accepting a replacement is the problem.

Well, it does beg the question why you purchased it in the first place. That is to say, the fact that you received a bad disk doesn't seem sufficient reason to decide that you don't want to own the movie.
From the seller's perspective, it suggests that you just wanted to make a copy of the disc for free. Sure, the disc is corrupt now, but who is to say that it was corrupt when you got it?
