That is to say does it do an adequate to good job of suggesting movies based on the movies you like or dislike? It does a TERRIBLE job for me. I have rated just about every adult film I have ever seen that they have on their site, and still the Suggestions search engine comes up with films I would never, ever rent. P.S. Please don't explain to me how the search engine works. I understand. We get a lot of people that just got a DVD player and are new to porn. The New Releases page was driving them to the same titles that our regular customers, who have seen everything else, wanted to see. You can easily see what the newest titles are via the Advanced Search. You can even filter them down to just the categories you want to see, save the search for future use, and have us email you when new titles that qualify are added. This means you get a new release page specific to you. We constantly strive to make things better for our customers. Thanks for taking the time to let us know about your views. XRentDVD Webmaster

As for new releases, I just have an automatic email sent to me every day with the new releases. Very nice feature...Although, one suggestion for Xrent: Add the studio name to the title in the email, that would be very helpful. Chillin.. [Link] |
