I've been lurking here for a few months, getting the feel of these forums and acting upon the recommendations of some regarding rentals, but I haven't yet found
exactly what I'm looking for.
My wife and I have recently begun to enjoy the experience of watching porn videos together as part of setting the mood, and after sampling everything from gonzo to Andrew Blake, we have a very good idea of exactly what we're looking for. Unfortunately, we can't seem to find it.
Our favorite director is Michael Ninn, because he features stunningly beautiful women, elegant sets and costuming, an attention to visual "foreplay", yet his scenes always conclude with some fairly hot sex.
We really like the fact that over the past decade or so, production values for the major studios have gone way up; and that both female and male actors are so well-groomed all over. My wife, especially, loves the smooth-shaven look of an attractive couple going at it. It seems to us there's a huge difference in what porn generally "looks like" since about 1999 or so. Before that, the actors generally look at bit too hairy and blemished for our "utopian" porn taste.
We're not porn-prudes, I don't think. We have no problem with almost any position or almost any orifice being penetrated -- we both have a bit of a butt fetish, to be honest, and portrayals of anal sex can be a real turn-on.
But there's a trade-off: I have to confess that today's general style of performing is a bit much for us: the excessive spitting, stretching of sphincters with four or five fingers, or painful looking anal pile-drivers -- these types of things tend to turn my wife off. Especially with regard to the spitting issue; my wife has no problem with watching Inari Vachs going down on a stud with her trademark sloppy wet BJ, but if anyone actually hocks up a loogie and spits it from a distance into the fray, I know I have to move on to the next scene quick or the mood will be lost.
In short, we like today's production values but the more relatively tame performance styles circa 1995.
Does anyone know of any features that might straddle the two: maybe a more recently produced feature with straight but hot sex? I've been looking, but can't find exactly what we want. Ninn is always acceptable, but to be honest even his videos have a lot more in the way of spitting and stressed-out buttholes than we're looking for, and besides, it'd be nice to watch another director's idea of how to mix style and substance in an adult video production.
BTW: I am aware of the threads at the top of the features page which link to "couples" videos, etc. I appreciate those efforts to make members aware of these genres, but I'm wondering whether there's a specific feature or director our there that hasn't been mentioned who does what we want:
