In terms of the first "spread" shots that I remember seeing, I found a few torn-out pages from some magazine with this layout featuring Christy Canyon, Bunny Bleu, and Peter North. I remember being seriously mesmerized by Bunny's "lippage" (for lack of a better phrase--"beef curtains"? lol...). I have no idea which actual magazine it came from. This was when I was 13 or 14... I still have the pages laying around somewhere.  I've also been told that I met Susie Scott--Miss May, 1983--at an SLC, UT appearance (in a store of some sort) at or around the time of her issue coming out when I was a kid.
