I say this because period blood personally grosses me out. As such I would not want to see it in the scene, and I like to watch BTS, so I would not want to see it there either. I would not mind it if it were in a seperate section that I knew not to watch though.

I empathize with the fact that you might actively like to see period sex because it corresponds to a time that you are particularly sexual. I just think this corresponds with many other niche desires like the guy who only likes to see white women with black men because that is what turns him on. Or how Brandon Iron seems to think that people who like cum guzzling probably like feet as well.

With all of the potential interests people can have in porn the producers have to find a balance between how much it turns on one segment of the population and how much it turns off other segments. This just seems like an interest with a small group of people it turns on and a large group of people it turns off. As opposed to say feet nonsense where it has a moderate number of people it turns on a lot and a large number of people who may not even notice it is going on and very few it really turns off as long as not much time is spent on it.

I sometimes get annoyed with "bonus footage, BTS," and "website only footage" because a lot of the times the cut footage woulda been so great if left in. (An extreme example: It's like watching a US version of a Max Hardcore movie, than seeing the unedited Euro version, people are missing half the movie.) I prefer directors and editors not to cut stuff out and then offer it as a "bonus." Including it as BTS or even website only footage, kinda ruins scenes for me.
