I have always used DVD Advantage, who are excellent. But on noticing the current 5 star offers I am very tempted. I have e-mailed them with an initial enquiry about a fairly sizeable order, but they havent even replied. So should I steer clear. Are they worth bothering with ? ? Help appreciated. Thanl you. A detailed response was sent to you within 48 hours. Questions about volume discounts, special customs handling and customized international shipping take longer because they require research and customer service has to forward them on to a manager. I don't live in the USA and have been very happy with the few reasonably sized orders I've made through Fivestar. I can't think of anything more that I could have hoped for or expected from the experience. Criticising an established and professional company for a) not privately or publicly announcing to you or the rest of the world that they are happy to break the customs laws of your coutnry and theirs. and b) meaning it. is crazy!
