That means that you can get it from a2m as well. Moral of the story is that the absolute main thing to be sure of is cleanliness. ;) After that, it's more likely to happen naturally than if you discuss while having sex. If you have a particularly strong relationship with your partner, and the two of you are particularly open to new things, I would suggest talking to her about it ahead of time.
