all the images like jpg turns into untitled.bmp when I save them. I delete my browser cookies and temporary internet files then restart my computer but still the same. What to do? help me please.

This is a problem I've experienced intermittently over the past couple of years. Microsoft said it might be caused by a couple of different things but I would experience it even after following the instructions in their knowledgebase. I just looked again and it seems they figured it out last month: Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 810978

I had this problem as well and followed the instructions of the article Saki cited and the problem was resolved. In short, you delete all cached files and then remove any "damaged" plugins. I don't know which causes the problem (perhaps the combination of the two), but once I did as instructed I've had no further problems. (Running XP Pro with IE6)
