I would love it if someone here could capture/post a few different shots
of her from this video clip. It would be a HUGE HELP!!

For example in VLC just pause (spacebar) and use the main menu - Video -Screenshot. You can setup file format, location and such options in the configuration menu (CTRL + P).

And if you can't play it in the video player of your choice (for example if it's from youtube or something) then you can simply press your PrntScr button and paste into MS Paint, then crop appropriately and save.
