They don't seem to have many laws against animal cruelty there.

I'm nearly positive it's illegal to produce in the USA. I've heard of people having sex (newspaper etc) with random animals and they're almost always put in jail for that. Maybe it's just the state I live in or maybe the animals were dead. I don't remember.

I don't know if it's illegal to own imported titles with such content, but i'd imagine you'd be in pretty big trouble if uncle sam caught you owning animal porn! Or maybe not, I don't know.

And why would you WANT this to be legal? I don't understand. I can put up with lots of stuff, but this is going to far.

I've never seen an animal looking starved or sick or anything in the few bestiality clips I've seen. Claiming animal cruelty seems kind of weird because I think the reason for some of the women to perform in this kind of porn is their strong (too perhaps) genuine love for animals.

It could be that a male dog refused to have any sex at all is being victim of animal cruelty, especially if it's got balls. So how could blowing a dog be considered cruel?

In some cases, animals have a lot of rights... in others cases few or none. This has mostly to do with people finding bestiality disgusting and animal cruelty groups acting on that fact.

arrive to be officially a new sexual orientation in 10

or so years. It will be illegal to discriminate against

zoophiles (or make comments!) just like homosexuals, women,

or blacks.

It is slowly being regonized as a sexual orientation now

by many leading psychologist's in the world:

French Parliament made Bestiality legal approx in the second half of the '80 (or even maybe '90 as said I didn't paud much attention to this matter) anyway studies were made andthere was a debate and at the end they decided to make it legal.
An entire Parliament voted so I don't think they were all freaks of mentally disturbed.
