In the beginning, it just meant any girl who shot for BLACKED and had no other IR's released for any other site (other than Jules possibly due to a distribution partnership). For instance, Kacey Jordan shot her first IR for Jules and then shot her second for BLACKED and it wasn't labelled as exclusive, whereas Kate England shot an IR anal for BLACKED and Dogfart in which the Dogfart one came out first, but BLACKED still labelled theirs as exclusive. The reason why I believe that the exclusive tagging has changed recently is because: 1.) Peta Jensen's BBG scene isn't labelled as exclusive and (I believe) she is retired. Even if she isn't, I haven't heard of her shooting an IR outside of BLACKED, although I suppose it's possible. My guess is her contract expired and the exclusive tag might mean 'under contract only' instead of hasn't had an IR released (or possibly shot) by another company. 2.) Lena Paul's scene with Angela White is not labelled as exclusive despite her not having shot any IR for another company (to my knowledge) before the scene was released. She has since shot a scene with Jovan Jordan for an unnamed company (BrothaLovers is my guess), but this was fairly recently, after the scene came out. Conversely, Kendra Sunderland's scene with Jillian Janson was labelled exclusive, so we can rule out one girl not being exclusive making the whole scene nonexclusive. 3.) Anya Olsen's orgy scene (with Cadence Lux) isn't labelled as exclusive despite her not shooting any IR for any other company (to my knowledge, again). Again, it's possible she did shoot something and it just hasn't been released, but I feel like before BLACKED wouldn't have cared anyway (Kate England scene). 4.) Megan Rain's scene with Mandingo isn't labelled as exclusive. I believe her contract ended (she announced it on twitter), but I'm not sure if she had already shot any scenes by then. Even if she had, how long ago did BLACKED shoot that one? Their philosophy had to have changed, IMO, considering Megan admitted to shooting (or being booked for, excuse me) 4 IR scenes already and there's only one company I know of that would shoot that many that fast, and BLACKED didn't care about labeling scenes exclusive before when it came to them. 5.) Sydney Cole's scene (with Chanell Heart) also wasn't labelled exclusive. I'm not sure if she shot the DarkX scene or the Dogfart one before or after, but neither has come out yet so my guess would again be that her contract ended before the scene was released. 6.) Anya Olsen's first IR anal is labelled exclusive despite her orgy scene not being labelled exclusive. Maybe because it's still technically a first, but the interesting thing is now she is no longer under contract with BLACKED. 7.) Marley Brinx's scene is not labelled exclusive despite it being her first IR anal. Maybe she shot another one and it hasn't been released yet (the Dredd scene with Jules?). That would make sense. Although if that scene isn't anal and no other IR anals emerge, that would be quite odd since Anya's orgy scene wasn't labelled as exclusive, but her IR anal was and then it was announced that she was no longer under contract. Personally, this is all very confusing to me and I prefer the old method with which they designated the exclusive tag. This new one lacks transparency and involves a far higher level of dedication to get to the bottom of it.
