^I'm more than happy about that. All of her Blacked/Blacked Raw scenes so far have been HOT and this should be no exception! Thanks for the insight. Maybe I should start doing that - some scenes definitely appeal to me more than others. But I honestly dig about 80 percent or more of what they put out, so it's no big deal for me to just have a permanent membership there. And I end up buying the scenes I dislike on DVD anyway because they're usually grouped with two or three I really enjoy.
I guess I never bother giving my two cents to the site for two reasons: one because I figure they are bombarded with requests for girls all day, every day. And two because I always end up giving them money anyway by paying my $10 per month and buying the DVDs. So I don't know how much they would care about my opinion.
Jesse is one of the highest rated scenes on blacked in some time. It was the lowest rated scenes in blacked history just yesterday, now one of the highest. If that continues its just proof that actual paying IR fans love IR holdouts/dodgers no matter where they are at physically in their career. It almost feels that there is something "funny" going on with those ratings, I know they can change them. I just never seen such a turnaround, so fast, but maybe not.

^ It's rated higher than Sybil's last scene and it wasn't even close to as good, imo. I'd chalk it up to it being her first after so long in the industry, but Lansky juicing it is another option as you pointed out.

Why pay for a website that doesn't respect its consumers opinions?
Looks like they only care about new customers signing up, but once you're signed up you're nothing more than garbage to them.
Let's switch the focus to one of the best redheads right now, Ella Hughes! She's on the elite status right now. Happy to see her with Freddy Gong in this new upcoming scene.
You essentially repeat my reason back to me. Jesse Jane doesn't fit with their recent content at all so I don't want to do anything to give them the idea this is what people are after. Quite the opposite. I'll deliberately find another opportunity to resubscribe in future.

@ghost88
That's messed up that they rigged the rating on her scene. There's no way a turnaround from 6.9 to 8.6 was organic. That'd require more than double the number of ratings overnight, all rating it 5 stars without exception. Jesse's own model rating remains the lowest on the entire site so they didn't cover their tracks.
They probably figured it was bad PR to have the lowest rated scene on site heading up their big 4th July sale.
Well, this thread's been a hot mess since I last looked at it!
I guess I'll take the time to leave a reminder that I and many others prefer to see:
1. Younger Women 2. Women who've never done interracial before or have done very few interracial scenes 3. Scenes with more women than men
And that's it! A lot of people disagree with this point of view and that's fine but hopefully Blacked releases some scenes that matches those criteria again soon!
So I saw the Jesse scene, and I'll just say I wasn't impressed. Honestly if she wasn't Jesse Jane, I highly doubt she would have gotten the Blacked gig. I'm sure Riley Steele will end up there eventually. I hope her's is better.
That said, while I LOVE the young ladies they have, I would like for them to have more MILF's. In fact, I'm a little surprised they haven't started a blacked MILF site yet.
Actually it already happened before either way, it all depends on numbers , how many actually voted at a certain point and of course those who disagree of tried to rig the rating themselve voting as low as possible think they've rigged They didn't even try to get the maths of it, I tried several times to explain that (it's mathematics not an opinion) with no avail, apparently the very moment someone puts some numbers it's confusing to some . One, two , several, is what too many people can count
But they do , especially those put on their website , those actually paying for their scenes
they removed some performers out of customers' opinion for example but since every single performer has his hater at one point they had to ignore those complaints or they wouldn't have anybody to perform. as for the hatred against some votes given mere seconds after releasing a scene aren't actual opinions , nobody could have seen a scene so fast.
furthermore those same "customer's opinions " were given to some other stars on their site which may have been the most in demand for a while, that of Nicole Aniston for example , another one invested with the usual shitstorm preceding her scene.
There's a number of "MILFs" on Blacked and there's people requesting more of them, there are slim petite girls and there are curvaceous ones, there are asians and latinas , scenes with multiple men and scenes with multiple women, , I find it very funny when people pretend to know what fit in there , thinking their own preference , tastes and political views are the universal way to judge things
I don't think you ever read the messages in their site, yor question makes no sense, what I said is all there written down under every scene Who's in and who's out are also very apparent .
anything I said is there to be seen , there's no need to own anything.
Also I don't even try to tell them who they shouldn't hire , nor I try to dictate what body type they should , I don't even say who fits and who doesn't
the only thing I ever said is that I'm not going to subscribe to BLackedRaw because there's too much rimming , that's all
They definitely rigged the ratings that's hilarious, they're implying there hasn't been a better scene since January which is obviously bs. Funny that Jesse herself is still rated 6.2 which is the lowest ever. Shoutout to the silent majority keeping the blacked staff on their toes!

Do you have to be a member to see the ratings ?

Nope, just click on the scene and it's on the right side under the vid preview.
They were rigged from the very beginning I'm not going to run the math AGAIN but I have already demonstrate time and again why a couple of ill intentioned bad vote can destroy a scene with ten good ones , but the very moment bad votes stop coming the good ones cancel their effect , simply there aren't enough bad votes to maintain the rating low , simple as that. And the evidence of this are the ratings of Jesse , those downvoting on purpose made sure that their point was clear and downvoted her too, those just voting the scene canceled the effect of those few downvotes but didn't bother to vote any performer hence her personal rating stayed low
Were Blacked to actually rig the ratings you'd have her own raised too, but this didn't happen.
Nobody rigged anything, on the contrary a few members tryed to push it low at the beginning.
On another thread someone even tried to make us beleve that the annual price cut for July 4th was a cut due to the sudden lack of new memberships caused by the appearance of Jesse's scene.
What the haters went through to destroy her is (almost) unbelievable
The scene rating jumped from a 6.9 to 8.6 OVERNIGHT, three days after release. To achieve that at minimum you would need to more than DOUBLE the number of votes cast and for them to be 5 star ratings without exception. Incredible.
The scene rating, coincidentally viewable to non-members, drastically improved. Her model rating, viewable only to members, did not. Her model rating actually went DOWN in the same 24 hours. I guess all those people rushing to give the scene 5 stars did not bother to rate her highly as a model. How forgetful of them.
And after jumping up to an 8.6 overnight, the scene rating has subsequently gone down again. Strange.
Around the same time the scene rating miraculously improved by 25% there were only 6 or 7 new comments made on the scene. Fewer than each of the previous days before and since release. Looks like the flood of 5-star raters didn't feel like leaving comments either, just like they didn't feel like giving Jesse a model rating. Weird.
^ did you do any math over it? I guessing not , but you do understand tha a low vote with little numbers is a lot heavier than a ten (or 5 stars if you prefer) It's only a 1.7 raise not the double
you see a 2 will divide a 10 into an average of 5 , and would push down three 9 to a mere 7.25 giving the impression of a mediocre scene that actually was deemed very good by three times the viewers, but just one ten would raise the average to 7.8 already, over half a point. you would need to double the number of votes only if the lowest of them keep coming, if they don't then just a bunch of higher votes would overcome those . Overnight? Well of course, I don't think people watches porn in working hours , they do that at night and subsequently votes after watching it, again at night.
^ I'll explain it better , three initial 2 would destroy the scene for a while as the votes keep coming this effet will be nullified with any further high vote for example 2+2+2+9+9+9=33 divided the number of voters 6 = 5.5 of average but if you add a 10 you will have 43 divided 7 = 6.15 , if you add another 10 you'll have 53 divided 8 = 6.6 with just two votes you already gained more than one full point. You don't have do double anything , any vote that counter the downs would do unless the low votes keep coming, if it happens very fast then the low votes were few a, they all came tigether when the scene was released and they weren't supported by any added low vote.
I did do the math. That's why I wrote that starting from an average of 6.9 you'd need to more than double the number of ratings, adding exclusively 5 stars, to reach an 8.6.
That might be inconvenient to your white knighting, but it's just the reality.
I said overnight as a turn of phrase, meaning suddenly. One day it was 6.9. A short time later it was 8.6.
And we're supposed to accept that there was a flood of 5 star ratings, three days after release, with no accompanying flood of comments or ratings for the model herself?
Not buying it.
Edit: why don't you follow your own example, or perhaps start again from an average of 6.9, all the way through until you reach 8.6, and see if you end up with double the initial number of votes?
You stopped too soon.

If we can't trust pornographers to maintain transparency with model and scene rankings then I ask who can we trust?
Can y'all please just give it a rest...nobody cares!!!! Can we please get back to current scenes, upcoming scenes and wishlists? I'll start...
Wishlist:
Newbies:
Gabbie Carter Riley Steele Kayden Kross Kimmy Granger Jessica Jaymes Melena Maria Addie Andrews
Returners:
Ariana Marie x100 Naomi Swann Little Caprice Lily Rader Sinderella Scarlet Sage
Also I have said this once and I'll say it again...I firmly believe that Lansky missed out on a great opportunity to start a "Sorority" series after the scene with Elsa Jean, Sydney Cole and Rachel James. That scene is regarded as one of the greatest IR scenes on the site!! Maybe one or two scenes a year of passing the baton so to speak. Those 3 come back, then having the next 3 pledges keep up the tradition. That could have been an amazing "sorority" series. They can still do it. Anyway...one can dream

98% of the posts on this forum are wishlists, sometimes a little math is a welcome reprieve. ;)
No you didn't do any math , you don't need any double I already showed you the example, the real problem is that the low votes are very few
Also you may need the double of the overall numbers of votes only if the overall votes are VERY few, in my example they were only 7 , but if remember the old system like/ dislike the overall voters were in the order of hundreds, so doubling the initial numbers of the overall votes isn't really a big problem
The real problem is that system is flawed , too much wight is given to malicious low votes
as for the white knight it's relly hilarious , I'm not a fan of Jesse, I might have seen no more than 5 scenes of hers at DP, never seen Riley Steele nor Kayden Kross back then , never been a fan of DP , I only use to rent some DVD for Stoya I didn't even fast forwarded them going right to her scene from the menu
The very first time I ever seen Kayden Kross was with her husband and only by chance
go figure
I just don't like being mocked by people with agendas wanting to make me believe their BS.
This is the case whether the initial 6.9 rating was the average of 10 votes, 100 votes, 1000 votes...
Contrary to what you suggested, the higher the initial number of votes the further past doubling that figure you have to go.
If 6.9 was the average from an initial 100 votes, it would require around an additional 120 perfect 10 ratings to bump the average up to 8.6.
From 1000 initial votes you would need over 1200 10/10 ratings to reach 8.6.
The reality is that it is highly unlikely that the rating changed organically. Even if the number of votes over the first 3 days of release was surprisingly low, it'd be remarkably convenient to suddenly double that tally with enough positive ratings to drive the average up by that much.
And as I said in my previous comments, the fact that this sudden improvement wasn't accompanied by additional comments and an improvement in her model rating makes the chances of a fix even more likely.
Sorry to everyone for the spreadsheet, but I had to make the point somehow.

Jesse is not the kind of girl the majority of Vixenlandia fans like to see there, that's it, they don't care about her debuting an IR scene after years on this or the main trajectory that Jesse has...
Wow they did remove all the model ratings! They did it across all their sites too. That is just too much!
But I'd echo Ohio Is For Lover's post, Blacked's European scenes are getting a raw deal again compared to the b-sites! Here are the Blacked scenes that were released since the porn freeze:
Ella Hughes Emily Cutie Sybil Rebecca Volpetti
And here are the b-site scenes released in that same time frame:
Liya Silver and Jia Lissa Stacy Cruz and Elena Vedem Red Fox and Angelika Grays Jia Lissa and Ellie Leen Tiffany Tatum and Alecia Fox
Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed all of those Blacked scenes. But Emily Cutie is the only debutante (which we all love) and there hasn't been a single Boy/Girl/Girl threesome yet! And then there are girls who've shot multiple scenes for the b-site still haven't done one for Blacked yet like Red Fox or Ellie Leen. Hopefully the European scenes pick up some steam soon, they were great before the porn freeze!
^ I pray for Sybil and Stacy Cruz in same scene but it feels like we'll more likely see Nina Hartley and Sophie Dee the way things are going. When I saw that Jia Lissa and Liya Silver preview of Vixen my mind was blown. On the interracial sites its always some veteran / freshman combo.
Actually I suggested that the low votes were few or very few thus there was no need to that many votes especially if they didn't keep coming , also if you remember the average number of voters when they used the like/dislike rating system you'll know that within the first week the number of total voters was around 150 ,this at the beginning of Blacked activity. When they changed we have seen rates as high as 9.6 fall down to 7.9 overnight , or votes as high as 5.5 initially raising to 8.0 overnight usually on weekends. Such average number of 150 voters within the first week is the number of voters you have to take into account if you want to predict the outcome of a rating. Pushing it up or down with just a few numbers of worshippers or hater won't change what the total votes would show, except for a short period of glory. there's no need to double the average voters , there's no need of anything organic, the initial rating due to some haters wasn't real
As I said time and again too many haters and worshippers were pushing either way and those ratings didn't match their scenes , it was weird either way sometimes. Of course they could have rigged those ratings both, as some suggested , but obviously they didn't and that difference between scenes and performers rating was proof of that. But they may have just realized that the haters might harm their business especially when they spread their hate around using their own ratings to prove they're right , it's negative commercials from people with an agenda or a political view trying to make everybody believe their views are common , the kind of people you see nowadays those talking about the same thing on socials, forums and whatever adding layers and layers of "common" views making them believe that their views are the truth. With all the consequencies of that when something proves them wrong.
What happened now with Jesse Jane already happened with MANY stars some people labeled "dodgers" Jennifer White, Dani Daniels, Cherie Deville, Brandi Love, Nikki Benz, Kendra Lust and too many others to remember. I don't know whether Jesse continues this path like those mentioned did , nor if riley Steele will follow her , I'm saying that those haters have been proved wrong countless times.
I took them seriously only at the beginning even sharing some of their views, then I realized they were just organized haters
You're calling them haters but they're literally just customers expressing their dislike of a product through the means provided for them. Whatever their intentions are, the last update was divisive and really shows that the fanbase for Blacked is a mixed crowd.
I don't really see the point of you continuing to be so stubborn.
We know that the rating jumped majorly within a short period. I've just proven (despite you still saying otherwise ) that to leap from a 6.9 to an 8.6 you need to more than double the original number of votes, with exclusively 5 star ratings.
As for previous examples of big changes in ratings, it's much more credible that a 9.6 could drop to a 7.9 in a short period, since low ratings would have a greater impact on an average that high. For example, if that original 9.6 was the result of as many as 100 votes it'd require only 29 1-star ratings, or 44 2-star ratings to drop it that far. Far fewer than it would take to achieve the reverse.
Regardless, the context matters. We know that the ratings can fluctuate in the first 24 hours or so when the voting figures are low, but then they level out. It was 3 days before the rating suddenly jumped by almost 2 whole points to become the joint highest rated scene on the site this year, despite its rating having been consistently low (just either side of the 7.0 mark) from release until that point.
Can you explain why there would be a sudden rush of high ratings three days after release, when the low rating had remained steady previous to that? And bear in mind that it would have to be specifically 5-star ratings, since it would be impossible to bump it up to an 8.6 with anything lower.
Can you explain why these people rating the scene 5 stars wouldn't also rate the performer? Her personal rating actually went down during this same period.
And you would expect such an enthusiastic influx of 5-star ratings to see some additional comments made, but there weren't any.
Talking about haters and saying that the initial vote "wasn't real" is not a rational explanation for how this came about.
And for the record, the Jesse Jane scene was released on a Friday and was still sitting at a 6.9 rating on Sunday, so if the heaviest period of voting is over the weekends, as you suggested, then that makes it even stranger that the rating suddenly jumped that high on the Monday.
You could just say, yeah, that does seem kinda shady. Because it does.
But you're instead fixated on convincing us and yourself that that 6.9 rating was somehow illegitimate and proving the "haters" wrong, rather than simply acknowledge the suspicious and impractical nature of this sudden turnaround in the rating.
I couldn't care less about Jesse Jane or the politics of her situation or the "haters" or whatever. I just know when something looks dodgy as hell and I'm gonna call it when I see it.
you don't know how many voted you can't jump to any conclusion implying they rigged the ratings unless they are peculiarly idiotic to go rig the scene but not the performer.
"when the "overnight" take over happened? On a weekend? if so you have your answer
It seems the total tally of votes is the key here - I just ranked her as an 8, her average went from 6.0 to 6.1 overall.
If we play this conservatively and assume that the same number of people voted for both the scene and model - approx how many votes were cast to have her average as a 6.0 when a single 8.0 brings her up to the 6.1?
Using that same number then, is it possible that there was no rigging or does that make a stronger case that there was?
So you're suggesting that the number of ratings for Jesse Jane's long-awaited IR debut was particularly low over the first few days of release, for some reason? And then suddenly doubled overnight? That doesn't make things any less peculiar.
If your argument is that the scene was scarcely watched / rated upon release, then wouldn't such a lack of interest actually support the credibility of its original low rating? Rather than it being the most popular scene of the year, supposedly.
And you're suggesting that over Friday and Saturday and into Sunday only a small number of genuine viewers, plus a handful of "haters" bothered to rate the scene. But then sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning there was a sudden rush of exclusively 5-star ratings? Why would that be?
But, okay, let's imagine that a mere 50 ratings had been cast over Friday, Saturday and Sunday daytime. And the rating sat at 6.9.
Then from Sunday night to Monday morning there's a sudden influx of around 60 exclusively 5-star ratings, which takes us up to that magic 8.6 average. What happens then? Do the ratings just stop?
Because in that scenario it only takes another 10 5-star ratings to take the rating to 8.7, or 20 to take it to 8.8, or 30 to reach 8.9.
It's Thursday now and the rating is still 8.6. Why did it stop there? Did the "haters" just take Sunday night off and now they're back at work consistently offsetting any further high ratings?
I'm afraid the suggestion that the change could've occurred naturally because of a low volume of votes doesn't really hold up to scrutiny either.
And let's remember that a 6.9 rating doesn't necessarily require a bunch of "haters" rating it at 1-star. It's basically the bang average rating between a number of 3-star and 4-star ratings.
I think the scene just wasn't as well received as they hoped it'd be. Especially with it being the flagship IR scene for their 4th July sale. So they artificially bumped the rating up overnight for PR purposes, expecting nobody to notice or care. That's why they didn't bother with Jesse's model rating.
And the rating has remained pretty much level since then, as they usually do once the early rash of ratings levels off.
But the circumstances in which a 6.9 rating could've jumped to 8.6 overnight, 3 days after release, are somewhat far-fetched to trust that it happened organically.
