Yeah, when it comes to their Twitter, I think those tweets with polls and questions (i.e. "Who do you want to see [fill in the blank] paired up with next?") are worthless, they pay no regard to the results/responses. They're just putting up a post for the sake of putting up a post, just something to keep the followers engaged. Like, I look at that poll and I know that there's no way they would start doing group scenes or showcases regularly if either one of those options won overwhelmingly. They've got their formula, and they're sticking to it.

Unlike the "Compilations" and "Intimates" videos, I actually tend to enjoy the "Behind The Scenes" content. Unfortunately, they haven't been updating the BTS content as often as the other two. But JAV actresses are far more kinkier and their JAV releases are far more adventurous too. If VMG grabs that market, it would be pretty much like putting those actresses in softcore porn.
While I think the European stars they film are hot, I think the influx of those scenes changed the nature of the site. Adding JAV stars would just further change it. I don't think it would be a good idea especially if they were doing what they do with the European scenes and they were filmed in Japan. I would rather have them just use the stars here like Kendra Spade and not random performers.
^ I'll never understand this. Someone is always complaining about being tired of "all the blondes" regardless of the reality.
This year so far there have been 8 updates with blondes, including the upcoming scene and 6 with brunettes. Not exactly a huge imbalance.
And in the preceding 6 months there had been 7 updates with blondes (and a couple of those were borderline), 2 redheads and 17 with brunettes.
But somehow there are always too many blondes.

Yep, that's been one of the reasons why I complain about them. Since the scene releases are essentially 50/50 now (American scene one week, Euro scene the next), it's like Blacked is two sites in one. To me, it's Blacked.com and JuliaGrandi.com. The same applies to Tushy and Vixen, too.
It seems like some people want it to go back to being blondes. Some of my friends just want Brandi Love and Elsa Jean back. They're cool and all, but I'm glad Blacked is more variety now. I loved Arianna Marie's new scene. I love Blacked the way it is now.

Comments about Kayden Kross directing are spot on. Her scenes just don't do it for me. Too auteur for porn. If I wanted arty pprn I am sure I know where to go,not in a blacked scene.

It's never been blondes. From 2015-2020 they have featured more blondes than brunettes in just 3 of the 6 years, and only in 1 year did a majority of all scenes feature only blondes.
This site has always had a good variety of women. Claiming otherwise is bizarre.

That new Elsa Jean scene looks good to me. I like that they show her putting on that sexy lingerie in the beginning. It's something so simple, showing off the girl as she dresses into/out of something sexy at the start of the scene. I really appreciate it when they do it. Very curious to learn what the fans of deeper like about a scene that is shot in this manner.
^^^Her scenes are so few and far between on Blacked so its not that big a deal. Her scenes are just not created with the "male gaze" . The lighting is about a mood of eroticism and is going to appeal those more into the story/mood. In contrast most porn is filmed from the perspective of showing the sex more explicitly.
Agatha Vega is very cute, but I really dislike the recent turn the Euro scenes have taken with these dreadful storylines full of unnecessary people.
The Euro scenes were good because they were more like the old Blacked. Just beautiful women looking stunning in swimsuits or naked, with a simple storyline leading to the sex.
Now we have bad acting, cuckold storylines, white guys lingering all over the place... Porn doesn't need to be this complicated. In fact, this site became a hit because it cut out all the nonsense.

Not sure if Blacked is the site for me. I find the male stars too gentle and not involved. Like they are mannequins with big cocks. The rimming was gross. The dudes didn't even shave down there and you could almost tell the girls didn't like it, but they had to do it.
