100% agree with what you're saying about performers who abuse women. I'd take it a stage further and also ban any director who allows this to take place in a scene they're in charge of. They have primary responsibility for the health and safety of all the performers and failing to discharge this duty should result in a ban. While I understand and share your puzzlement about someone working with someone who had been 'way too rough' with her friend, don't forget that the main cause of August's suicide was the awful cyber-bullying she got and not her treatment by Dupree.

You're absolutely right about what pushed her over the edge, where Emma (lovely, lovely Emma) lost all respect from me is when she decided to fuck her friend's abuser for a paycheck. Your solution with the directors/companies was my initial thought as well. If someone like a Lansky says they will not work with >name< nor would they cast any female who agreed to work with >name< the situation is resolved in seconds. Blacklist the abusers, blacklist the enablers, make a united front with the big production companies and you relegate these guys to the basement of the industry or out completely. And what do you lose? You weed out the dickheads, you show tremendous support for the actresses, and you help remove a stigma from the industry as a whole. I don't see a downside for anyone other than the predators.
Lansky himself was a part of the problem too he was one of those with these t shirts I remember at one of the avn shows he still was the one who hiring dupree very often he was one of his main performers on vixen media group sites and I don't think he wasn't aware of the story . For Emma it's very disappointing I concur too but it's very difficult for a girl in this industry to back down offers she probably felt in the trap that you can't be a bigger star if you don't work with the most popular performers and studios of the moment . and for girls in general it's hard to speak about abusive behavior on set because they fear getting ban from the industry like nikki benz or others

Raceplay or not, I don't see how Blacked has done anything to PROMOTE racism or racist ideals. On all of the DVD sites I order from, Blacked/Blacked Raw DVDs are always among the highest selling/scoring both among women and couples. I wasn't expecting too much from this site, but the Sofi Ryan scene was a whole new level of disappointment. Pressure was basically lying on the floor for the most of it, the lack of positions and endless repeats are already mind-boggling, but are we seriously at a point where it's okay from them to make scenes where the male performer is the breathing equivalent of a dildo? Where's the passion, where's the action?
They've sinked to a point in my eyes where I'd rather subscribe for PW, where an overweighted middle-aged hairy dude does the action in terrible lighting, than to watch another beautiful girl wasted in a highly anticipated scene, because at least he does the job. You have to accept for yourself that a large part of the fans have a different standard. They don't care that there is little variety, that the male talent is often flaccid or that the sex is sometimes staged and there is no penetration. ^I'd say the men are less of a focus in Tushy/Vixen, so there's no need to have them on the DVD covers with their dicks out. In Blacked, the men are a bigger part of the focus so those types of covers make sense. It has nothing to do with race. Though it probably has something to do with these films appealing to women.
As for Valentina Nappi, I give this casting choice an A+. She's been one of my favorites since she started, and it's great to see her back on here. In a DP nontheless.
I have to disagree on that...the "boyfriend on the phone" thing can really put a scene over the top. The recent Dana Wolf scene I mentioned at the top of this page is a perfect example of that. As is the classic finale scene to Kendra's Obsession.
