Grappling with self image can be a complete rollercoaster of highs and terrible lows. Professional help has always been beneficial for me when I struggled through depression. It enabled me to return to the right path with the support of someone who knew exactly what I needed to do to get better. And then there are meds, which of course nobody wants to take, but in combination with psychotherapy has been proven to be the best opportunity for someone to get well. You might want to talk to your doctor and start something to help you temporarily. The thing that always struck me about you was your natural beauty, coupled with such a lovely personality, someone who was open, caring, fun and sincere. You're really a special girl and you have many people rooting for you, regardless if you ever perform in front of a camera again.
