Well, I'll admit it, I was wrong on this one. However; being from LV, I've seen the inconsistencies in sentencing there and numerous times have seen people who have actually killed someone get a lesser sentence, so I still think this sentence will be revised on appeal.

Sorry to see you so disappointed Rosco..... I think most people will be happy he is done as a free man. Unlikely he makes it to 71 on the hard prison life....

you made enough comments for me to know that you think domestic violence is not that serious, Mack may have deserved it, and he should not be in prison long if at all.
^ Huh? I've never seen any comments from Rosco to suggest he believes anything of the sort. He can be a bit rough around the edges in other regards but I don't think he's a woman-beater sympathizer. What comments are you referring too? Maybe you have him confused with someone else?

The trial is the subject of this TV program. Worth watching if you're interested in the case. I found it weird and unsettling how willing both the Vegas District Attorney and the two deputies who did the trial, and War Machine's attorneys, were to not only give interviews but also to participate in obvious typical "reality TV"-type staged conversations and meetings. I almost expected a "Watch What Happens Live" after-show hosted by Andy Cohen.
^ i actually watched that when it aired as its one of the stations my S.O. watches a lot. Interesting that they actually had them do things like that. Calling Roscoe rough around the edges is an unnecessarily nice way of putting it. Anyway, the truth of the matter Is that this has been a high profile case ever since it happened, and unless the prosecutors were incompetent (which thankfully they weren't), they were going to win, and War Machine was going to be made an example of. Prior history was never really going to come into play.

I crack up at being called rough around the edges but calling me a dick would have triggered a rebuke I'm sure. The white hat mentality was strong on this one because heaven forbid someone hurt a porn girl's feelings let alone but them in a hospital. Domestic violence like this case happens 10 times every day and no one ever gives a rat's ass about it. The only reason this story had any traction beyond this thread were because of the 4 words War Machine and Porn Star. Those words are going to be click bait every time and the media loves to run them. I was truly surprised at the length of his sentence because I've seen actually murderers get lesser sentences. That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if this sentence gets overturned on appeal. The funny thing is that because I don't call for his head on a stick, I'm automatically a woman hater and supporter of domestic violence.
MOD: Roscoe can state based on state history what he thought would happen, it doesn't mean that allies with his personal beliefs.

^^ Nope. Pretty sure that scene was released in July 4 years ago. You can easily figure out by comparing her appearance then and now. More tattoos, different hairstyle.

^I remember reading an online article years ago by David Arenberg, in which he described how he was able to acquire protection from the Brotherhood while in prison, despite being Jewish.
Hopefully for Mr. Koppenhaver he has a skill to trade that will help the AB.

Read my statement carefully as I was responding to an article referenced by misspornusa. On a greater point though, I tend not to subscribe to the whole "he needs to suffer while he's in jail" bull. He committed a crime, he was put on trial and was found guilty. His punishment (suffering) should be the time he is behind bars. Not being beat on or raped (the logic of guys hating rapists but committing rape or encouraging it is twisted logic I will never stomach) or ostracized because he is Jewish.
I just think he should be in jail with no hiding in solitary and no gang protection. Thats all I ask, see how tough of a guy he is. If he is able to make it, so be it. Whatever happens happens. I like fake alpha male tough guys to be put to the test because they always fold.
^If they have to gang up on him to take him out how does that prove he's a "take alpha tough guy"? Pretty sure he's the last guy in the prison you would want to mess with 1 on 1. Dude sounds like a ticking timebomb and has lethal fighting skills.

He's a bully. Bullies fold when pushed. Hey, if he is tough enough to do fine, who cares. I just don't think he should be allowed to cower in solitary
I'm just throwing in this comment. I had a friend who ended up in prison for photographing a very underaged girl. When he came out he told me he was warned to not say to the other inmates why he was in prison. He was told although the other inmates were hardly model citizens, many had children and would take a very dim view of someone who exploited a child. He was actually told to invent a story about a crime he did so he didn't divulge why he actually was in prison. The story he invented was taking merchandise from the stock room of a place he worked at. The funny thing was several inmates told he was just unlucky he got caught, but it was a good scam. The point of my story is I wouldn't be surprised if Christy Mack has a bunch of fans who are inmates where War Machine is going. They might take a dim view of his abusing her and they don't fight clean either.

^ well yah, crimes on children put you in very bad places in prison. Thats why they keep them in solitary or go elsewhere or they end up having the shit beat out of them or dead. As for WM, a lot of men in there would know who he is, and know how Christy is. He won't be looked upon as anything other than a pariah. THIS - - Its highly doubtful anyone in the joint with the hand to hand prowess to tangle with WM would do so just to white knight the situation. He may be an asshole but WM is still a dangerous Motherfucker. If he gets dead in there... all she will feel is relief! I seriously think she wouldn't even say so much as thank you to whoever did it. I was always under the impression that there's a lot of "kliqs". While I don't doubt he's a tough guy. You can only fight off so many at once. MMA fighter or not.
Oh yer exactly right on but a "kliq" isn't going to do something unless the leader of said "kliq" deems it so. My bet is that "OLE" WM is being sized up for his abilities and how they can be exploited as base level muscle. As I said earlier I doubt anyone is going to give a damn much less do anything about him beating up his famous girlfriend. PK
I have a strange feeling that people like to speculate and don't actually have facts to back up anything.

Still hoping on a comeback of Christy Mack... She had amazing eyes. Nails that I would have loved to feel in my back. She just had a unique look with her ink, her mohawk like hair... One of my fav scenes she did was with Rachel Roxxx for Brazzers. Christy plaid the wilde student who seduced a teacher and fucks him. Rachel is a prude student who turns into a slut after a phone call from mom. She joins Christy and the Teacher (Kieran Lee). Christy looked so damn hot in that clip
