There is no article yet. I probably should have stayed quiet until it is formally announced but this thread is very active so I thought I should. So for now, just call me a rumor monger :) They also have to get him back in the country before saying anything as it is technically illegal for Dog to be grabbing people in Mexico. (which he does quite often and does it a lot in Canada too). One of the reasons bounty hunters exist is they can bend the rules a bit more than a police officer, especially when it comes to going into foreign territory (which a police officer could never ever do without complete consent from that country)

The "insanity" defense is very hard and almost never works. If he tries that he might as well start getting ready for a jail cell. It's not worth worrying about (flying into a jealous rage over finding a guy with "your"girl is _not_ legal insanity of any kind). In jury selection anyone who cannot judge fairly because of her porn past will be struck before trial And the prosecutor will show the jury early & often, as much as the judge allows, before & after pictures of her. Those pictures will overcome any lingering prejudice long enough for the trial. I'm sure the defense will claim any and everything allowed by the court. I also don't think the jury will buy any of it. Do you? Neither will the jury. The key question is did WM attack Christy and the guy with her. All the other relationship stuff won't be nearly enough to cast reasonable doubt on her claim it was him when supported by the other guy,. WM's tweets, and whatever else police find. The kinds of things that might be problematic because of her comments won't even come up, and her claim "it was him" is so well confirmed by other evidence the jury isn't going to consider that claim untrustworthy. His job (if he was actually doing it, as opposed to performing a staged caricature of his job for purposes of entertaining low-IQ basic cable viewers) is to find individuals who have been arrested, who have been bonded out of jail, and who then failed to comply with the conditions of their bond. His job is not to attempt to apprehend criminal suspects who the police are attempting to locate and arrest. Whatever attempt he may be making to involve himself in this matter is simple publicity-seeking.

Ok, you have a point on this vs his job description. This is not someone skipping out on a bond or a court appearance, this is a simple "rundown". Dog is good at finding people who don't want to be found, and can do things that police can not do easily or legally (such as cross a border, get a guy, and smuggle him back into the USA). So, whether he is seeking publicity or not, he is passionate about women's abuse issues and felt he was the best option to get this man back into the USA as quick as possible. We can debate the finer points of that if you like, but he got him faster than law enforcement and with the danger War Machine is to others and to himself, everyone should be happy. as i told you, dog found him. dog will not be taking too much credit, but he is the reason this happened today the cops apprehended him and now the most important part is there.
I'm a little late to this news but I just read her statement why is everyone assuming she was with another man? She doesn't specifically say what gender the friend at her house was.

It is great that the authorities have apprehended him. However, the part about Dog capturing him in Mexico seems to not be at all accurate, unless either: he brought him back, got him a hotel room, and bought him pizza; or the authorities lied, which I seriously hope is not the case as that could jeopardize a court hearing.
For a guy that's supposedly a strong supporter of abused woman, you'd think Dog would have done a better job of teaching his son how to respect woman. You know, like NOT cheaply hitting on a girl (forgive the figure of speech) who's still in the hospital after being nearly beaten to death by her ex-boyfriend! Sigh... another nitwit who thinks a pornstar will spread her legs for anyone.

Oohhh, that was in disgusting taste. Dog needs to have a word with his son on this one; really bad even if it was just a joke. It is good Dog found him, and then got the police involved to make the arrest. He was not acting as a guy chasing a bail jumper , so he wasn't going to make a formal arrest like normal. I hope this shows everyone that it wasn't about Dog getting cheap publicity, he truly just wanted to get War Machine in custody.

I was sharing the Mexico thing to tell you why he would be unable to report he got him. I wasn't saying that was the exact place he found him. When I found out they got War Machine, it was unclear if it was in Mexico or not so I was just giving the possible scenario. Dog found him, got the police involved so they could make the formal arrest, and moved on. It shows he was not just looking for cheap pub, but truly just wanted to get Machine locked up. The Cops would have found him on their own at some point, but Dog was able to get it done a lot quicker. Thanks to him for getting this done. Not a chance she shows a profit from donations.. Dental work is just a drop in the bucket, even if she has Obamacare. Now, there's always the question of whether the donations actually get used for the stated purpose, a problem with all charities.

If people are so jaded that they think this is a scam, then ignore it and don't waste any energy thinking about it. The money she has raised is from people who want to make a difference and are willing to take the chance on sending her the money. They are all intelligent enough to decide to send it or not. I donated based on the principle of the situation. If she uses it to buy purses or corsets or a "I forgive you" dinner to War Machine, it doesn't change the fact I made a decision I felt was right in the situation. It is possible she raises far more than she needs, so what. She won't be making money from porn , so a bit of a fund for her to live on isn't so bad either. You do realize that is law enforcement trying to make themselves look good right? They wouldn't have found him today without Dog's efforts, leads, and information. That is the fact. Dog did not do this for publicity and that is why he is not even trying to take credit. The goal was to get War captured, and that is complete. Who cares if the police want to pound their chest? It saves them the embarassment of a celebrity bounty hunter doing what they couldn't.
Are you part of Dog's PR team? All this shit was him trying to latch on to a story to get more viewers for his damn show. He's not trying to take credit because he didn't have a damn thing to do with him being caught. And looking at that tweet from his son I'm pretty sure they didn't really give a damn about this chick. And to be honest I wish people would give a damn like this about women who aren't in the spotlight instead of going crazy over one chick because you like to jack off to her. No I'm not saying she deserved it because no one does but think of the women that still continue to live this shit daily and don't get free dental care or can have someone start a charity for them.

the final hotel tip came to Dog and he gave it to the authorities. Various tips came to Dog throughout the week pointing them in War's direction and Dog kept sharing this with authorities. If he was just trying for ratings for his show, he would have not told them. That is all the proof you need of his sincerity in the matter. He and Beth are crusaders for abused women every day which you don't see on TV. Dog goes after women abusers skipping bail and court dates all the time. One of his biggest passions is assisting with apprehending abusers of women. He does this all the time so he wasn't just picking this one out of the air because it was front page news. If he was doing it ONLY for the show, he would be out there telling the media what he gave and shared with police in order to take credit for himself. Dog has decided to walk away with the police taking full credit. Why? Because this was never about Dog, it was about bringing an abuser to justice and Dog had the abilities to do it, so he did. Yes, the police would have got War on their own, but it would have taken a few days or weeks longer. With Dog's efforts, they got him this week. So what if he lets them take all the credit? The tweet from his son was stupid, and I am sure Dog will talk to him about it once made aware.

That is what I do for a living since I write copy. I have to sort out what can be verified with what can't. No where along was the information that you presented verifiable, even at this point. You do sound like PR for him now, since at every turn when what you have reported he did turned out to not be what was printed you changed the story. Where you info came from, I have no idea since you failed to share any of that. I suspect your claims about Mexico came from pictures he tweeted from the border. Honestly, if he fed this false information out to the public somehow, then it does look like he is trying to get more viewers for his show. If he didn't then random internet rumors being circulated just make him look bad. Either way, probably time to move on now since the important part happened and War Machine has been captured.

realtip, I don't see why you have such a problem with people giving her money. It's their money and if people want to donate it to her hoping it will help her what is YOUR problem? People donated thousands of dollars to help a guy make a potato salad. Do I have a problem with it? Nope. Because people can do with their money as they please. Christy is a victim here as the pictures clearly show, so can we please give her some benefit of doubt that she actually needs the money to help recover from this horrible event she has gone through. I have tried to be as polite as I can here, but I'm sure you won't read any of it any way and keep posting the same thing over and over and over again like you have been doing. Maybe you are frustrated that why does "she" get the money and not hundreds of thousand of other causes that may need more attention. She's nearly disfigured , most likely will need cosmetic reconstruction will not be able to do any work for at least a couple months (no incomes coming) , will not be able to eat properly for the same time period (jawbones fractured only allow liquid food) ,for this reason will lose weight , can't speak properly , can't even host. Her dental reconstruction will need even much more . Now unless I'm mistaken she's going through an awful lot of expenses just to recover from all of this and I'm not even sure her teeth are the most expensive of the lot plus the regular current expenses: rent, food , insurances and so on. She will need at least two months as anybody who had a fractured bone can easily tell you Also , are you really comparing the jokes over a victim to those over an abuser , a wanted man on the run. Well I can't speak for him.. Personally I don't have a problem with what people choose to do with their money, but crowdfunding for her medical costs do make me feel "some type of way". It's just unwise for someone (especially someone of her stature) to not have health/dental insurance. I'm solidly middle class and Christy Mack probably makes way more than I do.... Just makes me start to question priorities. Not to mention that most victims of domestic abuse who genuinely couldn't afford insurance and medical costs will have to suffer on their own since they don't have her influence and reach. Dana's tweet said it best:

If you feel she is lying about her injuries and doesn't have medical expenses, that is fine .That is your issue, live with it. To this point you lead us (or tried to) believe that this Dog (I'm European I don't know anything about this guy and we don't have bounty hunters that I know of) arrived , found him in Mexico kidnapped him there (technically if you take someone out of his will from a place where he didn't do anything like in the sovereign nation of Mexico is kidnapping, a crime in itself if he convinced him to follow back there was no need to hide the notion) then brought him in the States and gave him to the authorities. Then from now on you changed completely his involvement , he never went to Mexico but found him before the police without their means (such as to film him in his location, get proof he was alone and then track down his IP address to link his tweets to him and use them as evidence and maybe do this for all of his whereabouts when on the run) And going further you narrowed his efforts down to a phone call. then at the end you asked why nobody believed his statements (or yours I don't know) Is that really a surprise?Edited by - flash on 8/16/2014 10:33:58 AM
Actually bud, we want an air tight case. It is not just about the conviction, it is about the sentencing as well. So this thing is not black and white at all. What it all boils down to is "War Machine" and his lawyer will try to cause as much chaos as possible in that courtroom. Make no mistake about it, her credibility WILL be under attack. This is not something that we are sitting back and making up and it is not something that we are hoping for.....It is simply something that will happen. I want her to tell the whole truth so that War Machine receives a lengthy sentence. Now let me ask you this, what happens if she decides not to show up for court to testify? I assume the district attorney in Vegas will still proceed with the charges. Well his lawyer will make her out to be a liar. What happens if she shows up? He will attack her credibility then turn to the jury or judge and ask for less harsh jail sentence. Fact is, she has to tell the truth. She doesn't even have to tell twitter or social networks the truth, but she needs to tell the right people the truth. As I said, if i could give her one piece of advice, it would be to tell the DA the TRUTH and the WHOLE truth. So if you want to to continue with the wacky theory that the people who are calling Mack out for the inconsistencies in her story want to justify her beating, go ahead. But know this, us people calling her out for the inconsistencies in her story are more concerned with War Machine going away for a long time to protect other women.
