Long time ago I posted about documentary I stumbled across called Rated X: A Journey Through Porn (1999) which had the only real interview footage I had ever seen with Jeanna Fine. Gillis talks about how he got into porn he was trying to be a legit actor. Interview appears to be done around 2010. Jamie Gillis interview The Leslie interview appears to be taken from documentary about Seka some foreign guys shot back in 2002. Leslie is comments about the "golden era" movies is great. He says feature films are not all that great or erotic and most of them are just soap operas with some blah blah talking and then fucking. She quit the adult biz in frustration around 1991. Complaining about the lack of recognition and awards she received from AVN and the adult biz in general (see old interview below). During mid-90s there were reports of seeing her working as cashier at grocery store in Memphis, Tenn. She later resurfaced to appear in Tupac's "How Do You Want It" music video. I found this 2009 interview with Angel Kelly posted on youtube where she talks about some of this. She also mentions how there were only five black female performers back when she was in the biz and now there are so many black girls in porn. She is still living in Memphis, Tenn with her kids where this was apparently shot. She claims to be running some kind of promotion company for rappers now? Heather Hunter talks about how she was the first black female to get a contract (with Vivid) and the first female to get royalties for each of her movies sold which was unheard of at the time.
