There's 2 types of deeper.com scenes/movies I've liked so far: the ones with visually impressive fetish themes (ex: valley of the fuckdolls part one) and the cucking/netorare(NTR)-themed ones where the guys unwillingly see their girls/object of affection or desire/property getting fucked by someone else and feel powerless/at a loss (ex: boys get spanked part 2). Mostly directed by either Chef or Kayden Kross.
Now the latest deeper.com scene with Emily Willis -"Starlet"- was NTR/cucking-themed, but it really fell flat for me. On paper it had all the ingredients for a decent enough NTR scene: a boyfriend portrayed as falsely assured and sexually weak, the girlfriend portrayed as sexually naive until she finally blooms getting fucked by a different male portrayed as sexually stronger than her boyfriend, a climax/confrontation scene where the boyfriend unwittingly sees his girl getting fucked by the "stronger" male and realizes his loss. Yet I don't know if it's Emily that lacks the acting chops or what but this scene never really came together. In the very climax scene where the boyfriend walks onto the set and is devastated seeing his girl orgasming for the first time as she gets fucked by another man there is no change of expression on Emily's face, no visual indication that she's even recognized that her boyfriend is on the set and seeing something she'd kept hidden from him (even though he's right in front of her), no surprise/temporary shame then acceptance with her gaining power and him losing it or any sort of non-verbal queue from her part (unlike the actor who played her boyfriend who at least tried). She kept the same vanilla gonzo fuck face she'd had for the previous 20 minutes of the scene. And it's not all, while I enjoy the movie's portrayal of a boyfriend who pushes a naive girl into porn as a scumbag wannabe pimp (the teddy bear thing might even get some industry people's panties in a bunch), I don't think making the guy who gets NTRed into a "villain" is a good fit for NTR scenes. These fetish scenes are meant to play on people's fear of betrayal/sexual inadequacy etc (penis size insecurity probably part of the reason why race play is present in almost every american ntr scene - and the overall popularity of IR porn in america). That means seeing these scenes from a relatively innocent victim's perspective, viewers aren't gonna identify as a bad guy who pushes his girlfriend into sexwork. Generally assholes would be the ones doing the NTR, not be the victims of it. These shouldn't be feel-good stories about assholes who deserve to get cheated on finally getting their comeuppance, that's the cheating woman's perspective (practically netori rather than netorare).
Aside from this scene, I really like the deeper.com photography, the foley work, the production values in general, everything adds up to pull you in and allow the stories to actually enhance the erotic appeal of these movies, something which cheaper porn could never do.
My "never gonna happen" wishlist for a more hardcore deeperraw.com: - Right now deeper portrays itself as light fetish: light bondage, light ntr etc. All still very tasteful, consensual and safe (much more consensual than many "vanilla" brazzers scenes). I could see the heavier version of deeper's ntr stories going more extreme, ranging from things like a bully boss who uses threats/coercion/manipulation to fuck an employee's wife (and she grows to love it to her husband's dismay) to a sweet couple held up at gunpoint in a backalley and the girl's great shame as she gets her first ever vaginal orgasm from being violated in front of her lover (and later dumps him for someone who looks like her assaulter). Harder fetish stories that deeper is capable of portraying erotically rather than the comical way they're portrayed on the likes of brazzers.
- A Kayden Kross and Manuel Ferrara NTR movie has so much potential. They're married to each other. Both pornstars. Both shoot for deeper.
