So it's almost been a year since she announced B/G for her site. The first thing she mentioned, the "Kitty Kisser" feature, is seemingly dead in the water as they went with a crowdfunding campaign for it. With a slated goal of $30,000, they've since only raised 5% of that. She mentioned in late 2016 that she was gonna do B/G and B/GG in 2017, like Aya mentioned earlier: [Tweet is no longer available] She later reaffirmed on Twitter earlier this year that she was gonna do B/G: [Tweet is no longer available] However seeing as that her "Kitty Kisser" feature fell through and the lack of updates and general hype for those scenes I think it's best to shutter the idea that she'll do B/G in 2017. I personally don't think we will get any BGG from Darcie Dolce. She may end up retiring from the business and just concentrate on her DJ profession. I don't see her doing porn for very long.
^I think the bigger takeaway is she already promised to do B/G, but now she's rewriting the script again and asking if she should. She riles up and teases both fanbases. I think it's all calculated. If she does cross over, she's going to wait until the very last minute and run the same gameplan with IR and Anal.

^^^She's got them wrapped around her finger. On some level, I think they know they are being played. But they will go along with it, because they are desperate to see her do B/G. That's the beauty of the cross over, it doesn't matter how good of a performer she is, the novelty of seeing Darcie do B/G is enough for them. But Eva hits on an interesting point. I think Darcie's plan was to prolong the B/G for a while, cash in, and still have G/G to fall back on. Other girls have been able to cross over gracefully with little repercussions. But I don't think she planned on the lukewarm reception to her G/G career. Girlsway and other major G/G studios didn't exactly roll out the red carpet for her, and a significant portion of her fanbase are just waiting for a crossover.
What I find hilarious, even on Twitter, are those comments from the G/G fans almost begging her not to do B/G! LOL! What do they care? As long as she also does G/G. There are so many girls that I like from porn and they also do G/G, which I don't really watch, but I don't go and complain about it. There's enough room for everyone.

your username suggests you're either trying (and failing) to be ironic, or you're a troll.... either way, if Darcie does B/G, her first scene will NOT be anal because that will be a level to move to (and make more money from) once she's established as a B/G performer too.... you've got more chance of watching Spencer Scott taking it in the ass before Darcie does :)
^^^Because they see a girl as 'tainted' once they do and can't enjoy her scenes anymore, past or future. And since there's only a few G/G only girls already, they want to hold onto them. They think of B/G as inherently degrading, and women who do it as lowering themselves, in comparison to the classiness of G/G. So it's not as simple as just ignore the B/G and enjoy the G/G. The very fact they know a girl is also doing B/G stops them from being able to enjoy them doing G/G.

Once Darcie crosses over she will lose a lot of the fans that have supported her from day 1,sure she will gain new ones but its not the same thing.Also g/g performers are a needle in a haystack i don't think i could even think of 10 compared to the 50,000 b/g performers,so yeah when u lose a g/g only performer it hurts
At the end of the day, us porn fans just want to see people do the things that turn us on and get us off. She'll presumably still be doing g/g as well as b/g. I don't get that "exclusivity mindset" you mentioned. It's not like she's never touched a penis before or worked with men on camera before. If she loses fans because a penis perforates her on camera, that's the fan's faults, not hers or anyone else's.
^Doesn't matter if it doesn't make sense, that's just how it is. Darcie's a special case because she's a lukewarm G/G performer at best. If she has the same kind of performances in B/G, and then tries the same trick of holding out for Anal and IR, the B/G fans will move on quickly after the novelty wears off and most of the G/G fans will not be interested in her anymore, which would leave her in a tough spot being a small fish in a sea of sharks.
Performances are one thing, looks are another. I don't know any girls in the business right now with her "look" if you know what I mean. Short, black haired gal with boobs bigger than a cantaloupe. Only catching up on the thread here, and I did notice some of her Tweets a couple of weeks back, but missed other ones like the poll she put up which is hilarious as obviously BG fans outnumber GG fans, and will always will, no matter the star. Sure, look at the relentless BG hounds under Shyla Jennings & Vanessa Veracruz Tweets, they'll never stop. As I said months ago, I genuinely don't mind her (DD) crossing over. As been said by numerous GG fans, her work is above average at best, with the occasional gem thrown, and those cases I'd assume that's down to the other GG star with her for example. Which is a shame in some ways given her killer body and general unique look. It's the constant back and forward BS that I find tiring, but at the same time, I find it fascinating from a business and social media perspective.

To begin with she was going to do some scenes with her partner. Then she seemed to change her mind and now she's looking at doing bg with someone else as the male talent. My guess is she thinks bg can give her a bigger career (it will) but she's also doing well financially with gg scenes and dj'ing and consequently keeps going back and forth on the issue.
