One of the reasons that GG Only fans want women to stay GG Only is simple. The work they have that comes out they are able to watch. Look at it this way. You have a favorite mainstream Hollywood actor who does comedies. You like comedies and only watch them so it works out. One day, said actor say they are going to be branching out and doing action movies. But don't worry, actor tells its comedy fans, they'll still be doing comedies too. The action genre will be in addition to the comedies. Next thing you know, the action movies they do take off and they become an action star. Action movies in general are huge and they're being booked for more and more action roles. But what happened to the comedies? oh well they just wrapped one up during a one month break they had between movies after they started doing action movies. suddenly because you dont like action movies for whatever reasons you have, you no longer get to watch as many movies you like as with them in it. Sure there are more comedies out there but your favorite actor isn't in them. Its probably a bad analogy but I hope it gets the point across. When girls cross over they don't do as much lesbian work as they normally would because they would be getting booked for more and more BG scenes now that option is available. It is called crossing over after all. I can think of a few like that. Eva Lovia and Dani Daniels for example. Eva, it could have been because she was a DP contract girl but two years later she still primaraly does BG. As for Darcie, I would say she is still trolling her fans. That said what seems different this time is she is more actively feeding into this by retweeting and liking more comments about her doing BG with certain companies. but this one exchange she had with one lesbian fan could still indicate she is just doing this to rile up her fans. She was basically telling the fan not to worry that there would still be lesbians scenes coming. It could be taken that most of her work would still be GG and she would be picky on her BG work or that it is all a joke on her BG-loving fans. She's been on this bull for two years now so we'll she what happens.
^Very astute analysis. There are only a few cross over performers who still maintain a strong G/G output after crossing over, like Abigail Mac. The difference with Darcie is that she is probably the weakest G/G only performer out there, especially considering how long she's been around. If 2017 ends and she still hasn't done it, then that may confirm it was a hustle all along. And her current hustle seems to be trying to get in good with Girlsway. She's been showing up on the site a lot more recently, if she's able to land bigger roles and maybe even get GOTM, the wishes of B/G fans will further be dashed.
I would love to see her as GOTM for Girlsway only to see her Dream Fantasy scene she would write. I would say a bigger goal for her regarding GW would be to land a main role in on of their big features.

^Interesting, so she's made herself available in case of a dropout. if she's also easy to work with on set in addition to being a reliable replacement, it could go a long way of further getting into their good graces. She already was an extra in one of the big feature orgies, and she recently landed a role in their newest Vignette series. If she keeps this up, with a little luck she could become a GOTM. Another important thing is that she hasn't as far as I know stepped on the toes of any other performers. She flirts with other performers on twitter all the time, gives them roles in her movies for Filly Films, and has worked with a lot of the big names in the business. ^ Thing is, it's not an unpopular opinion on the GW forum that Darcie's not skilled enough as a performer to be on GW and just gets by on her looks. It's telling that by upvotes, she has one of the most liked profiles on the site, yet hadn't been booked for anything outside as an extra for the orgy for well over a year until she was brought in as a last minute replacement. Dillion Harper was the only model that had a similar length of time that ranked on the first page, and she was booked a few times last year but apparently had to cancel, albeit well in advance. And, while not getting into the deep details (and it hasn't happened on a GW set to my knowledge), she's rubbed performers the wrong way in the past on set. Plus, she had that public falling out with August Ames last year, too. Her inauthentic performances really shine through so when she finally crosses over, I think that'll kill the majority of her g/g fanbase.

Haven't been able to get into her at all and trust me I really want to because she's one of the hottest women in the business. But her performances make it tough. I saw her and Lana Rhoades' scene and then saw Lana, Adria Rae and Scarlett Sage's scene and Lana and Melissa Moore's scene and I use those scenes because they all had 1 thing in common, Lana. But there is such a noticeable difference in performance between what Lana got with Darcie and what she got with Melissa and Adria & Scarlett. Now granted Adria and Melissa are 2 of the best performers in the biz right now IMO, but Lana was trying to do her best but Darcie just seemed to me like she was there doing her usual "here to get my fee" performance. ^The main reason why most performers who self-book don't get many offers is that too many of them flake on shoots and that was never okay in the past but it's even less so today because profits are so low that any extra expenses due to lost of a shooting day or the need to book a performer at the last minute may mean the difference between making money on that shoot and losing money. It's my guess that Darcie has a good track record when it comes to showing up on time and ready to work and that's why she still gets offers.
