I've got bored of this "my 1st B/G" shit now.... Darcie isn't popular enough, or "big enough" with the mainstream audience for anyone to actually care when she does her first B/G scene. when she finally takes dick on camera, as she's waited so long to "build her fanbase", most of her fans will have moved on to another newer girl who's more interested in delivering great content to their fans Darcie doesn't release at least 1 new scene a week, she isn't being picked up by the major US and European studios and she's a relatively unknown performer outside of a few websites, so there won't suddenly be some big surge in subscriptions to a site just because she's done her first B/G, if anything, people will simply wait till it's available on the tube sites instead of paying to watch it that's how little people care about her B/G plans now, she's waited far too long and ruined her chances of attracting a lot of interest, which in turn will impact any pay she was looking to achieve from doing such a scene

a contract for what?? she can't prove she would earn any additional revenue from her 1st B/G scene, so what incentive is there on the production company to sign her?
If she contracted herself to Greg Lansky's sites that would work. Say what you will about her performances but she has some nice boobs and that's gonna attract some folks. Would definitely not mind seeing her around Blacked but like I said last year, she's probably not gonna do BG for a while.
A few years ago she had an opportunity to get a contract by winning DP Star season 2, she got very far in the competition (while dangling the possibility of a b/g scene), but she pulled out before the end IIRC. If she is seeking a contract, whomever is giving it will want to make sure that it's going to be fulfilled by the other party.
That could easily be achieved by having a contract that only pays out after she has shot multiple scenes for them. That way she would have to put up or shut up on the subject of contracts and doing b/g. The problem I see for Darcie is that while I think she has appeal, a pretty strong social following, has been in the industry for 3 years and has never done anything other than g/g. Her performance are often found to be lackluster and that's a pretty big red flag for a company looking to throw large sums of money at one performer. I liked the Lansky suggestion because while it is gonzo porn. It's a more mellow version of it and that would be ideal for a woman doing her first b/g videos. The question is whether Darcie would be willing to work for only Vixen or open to working for Gregg's other sites?
^^There usually isn't if the woman is an unknown because she has done nothing in the porn industry to help a prospective company decide whether it's worth it to offer her a contract but there are some key indicators that certainly can help. Looks is one of them but frankly I think most(if not all) porn performers are good looking. Of course having a certain look gives some women an advantage over others. Kendra would fall under that category. In her case she already had a following so demand to see her do hardcore porn was built into her entrance into porn. Gregg was the lucky or smart one to recognize it and capitalize on it.
^^I disagree about her performance being a factor. The appeal to B/G fans is all about seeing her taking a real penis for the first time. Her level of engagement or enjoyment would not really be a factor.
^Agreed. That's the last thing B/G fans are worried about. I could see Lansky rolling out Darcie for sure. I wouldn't say she missed her boat either - she has a decent following and appearing on the Lansky brands will always reel in new fans. ^&^^Maybe b/g fans will be happy about her first video regardless of her performance but anyone looking to sign her to a contract will expect her to do a lot more than one b/g video and if her first one is bad or worse awful then will many people still be thrilled by her second or even third b/g video and repeat customers is what a producer is looking for when he signs someone to a contract. Of course Darcie may be a better b/g performer than a g/g one and everything I wrote is of no value. That said we will only know that if she does one.

This woman is a lost cause and something like a copy paste going on..Everytime she needs a vote for AVN or Xbiz she throws the b/g possibility in the future then somewhere in between she will do it again either by a post "Something big coming up" or by a comment on a Brazzers post that she wants to shoot her first b/g when she wants the votes for lets say Freeones..Darcie sweetheart a friendly advice if you are not in to b/g then don't shoot b/g no hard feeling here..If you are honest with the fans that you only want to shoot g/g and if you are good at it the fans will support you like they did with Shyla jennings , Jenna Sativa , Ryan Ryans , Aspen Rae etc..But trying to manipulate them by lying is foul and make yourself look like an idiot and in the end they will hate you..
^ That's a blunt way to put it but I do agree with you. That dog and pony show especially with now deleted tweets saying she'd do B/G in 2017 among other things is just not good for her image. She doesn't owe us anything and she's allowed to do what she wants to do with her body but saying one thing and not going through with it is lying, plain and simple. Of course, this will all be forgiven when she eventually does B/G or just retires from the industry but still, I'd rather not care at all than be misled into caring a bit.

I get what you're saying, but the vast majority of porn fans are not members of ADT's forums likewise, the vast majority of porn fans (these days) do not pay for their porn. most teenagers and young adults can find whatever they're looking for on the internet for free, rather than pay to watch porn on a website or pay for a DVD that in itself demonstrates the issue that any contract negotiations would come up against - where is the guaranteed return on investment from the wider audience? there is none and Darcie is very likely just one of a number of girls fans are into, with such a wide range of pornstars these days from all over the globe, you'd be hard pressed to find a single "fan" who only watches content from one specific girl or producer, which limits the potential "paying" population to a minimal level

The only recent comparison that exists to a g/g performer crossing over with an exclusive contract is Kenna James and X-Art. Unlike Darcie, Kenna was thought of at the time as a top-tier g/g talent which gave her more momentum into her new endeavor, and being an exclusive model to a smaller studio meant that she was going to be the star of it for the year her contract was active. However, for a multitude of reasons (the studio she chose, her poor handling of her existing audience with some of her comments about why she crossed over, the talent involved), that momentum was lost. She's doing better now that she's free of the contract, but it's also clear that it didn't shoot her into superstar status outside of the g/g realm either. Darcie isn't anywhere near established with the g/g audience enough for them to continue following her if she transitions over, and of the studios that being a contract girl would matter, they have names already signed up that likely drive subscriptions far more than Darcie would.

It's also quite possible that they dumped her as a client seeing as many people are saying that LA Direct are hard asses when it comes to releasing performers from their contracts. I also can't help but point out that those four women represent only 8% of their current roster of female performers and that number gets way below 1% if you count all of the women who have been represented by LAD over the last two decades. At this point that article is little more than hearsay seeing as the only performer to have put her name out in relation to that article is Charlotte Cross. We can probably guess who the other three women are but if they are unwilling to publicly accuse Derek and LAD then how can any agency properly investigated their wrong doing?
Unless you have evidence that would make speculation about her being dumped believable it's more likely she left them because she doesn't need to pay a glorified assistant trying to act like her boss/pimp when she can contact everyone who she already shot with directly. I just believe Darcie Dolce will retire from the industry and ride into the sunset with her husband. She will probably do some DJ gigs here and there. I don't see Darcie being in the adult industry long term. It isn't like she is escorting on the side. She just doesn't have the 'IT' factor.

I'm way behind on things with her and since I'm not really into g/g content and prefer to watch these women take dick, I'll probably lose interest in her pretty quickly. From reading a bunch of stuff on her, it just appears she is very similar to Emily Addison. Constantly teasing b/g and desire or willingness to do it but never doing it. I have sent her a few tweets in recent weeks asking if there is an update to this and no response. All I have noticed is that she has retweeted a few people who replied to a Brazzers tweet asking what they most want to see in 2019 and they replied "Darcie Dolce's first b/g scene" or something to that effect. Bottom line is, with her, don't hold your breath or expect it. She used b/g content to get people to buy subscriptions to her site and then F'd them all over by never doing it. She doesn't care what people want and has shown no real signs that she will ever do b/g so... if it ever happens, cool, if not at least you aren't anxious waiting for it.
