First of all, is there an official industry name for this? What do you call the scenes with longer situational buildup that requires more acting time? (IE: Property Sex)

As opposed to scenes that have barely any intro dialogue or maybe just some interview about how much she loves sex? (IE: Throated)

And what do most porn actresses prefer... the scenes with more buildup/acting or less?

^I refer to those as scenario driven porn scenes but length doesn't come into the equation even though it probably should. I don't think most performers care either way except that I suspect scenario driven porn scenes tend to involve less extreme penetration so that is likely a plus for women. The sex portion may also be shorter than your average gonzo one so that must be a plus as well.

^I would say that plotless porn is still the biggest type of porn getting produced today and that includes the the stuff the Vixen group produces with Deeper being the odd man out. I think there is money in doing good scenario driven scenes but clearly producers don't agree.
