I wouldn't presume to tell you how any individual porn star feels but, were I asked to do these things then shame isn't what comes to mind. I think the actions you describe are stupid, at best. Why be ashamed of going along with something stupid the director wants to do? Whether you want to believe it or not, it is perfectly possible for porn performers to think of themselves as acting a role, not being themselves.
Of course, they may regret the amount of abuse they get from assholes who think that being a pornstar has degraded them.

Regardless, it annoys me when topics like these are started because I feel it uncomfortable for both the porn actresses and the fans. Indeed there are lots of "degrading" things in porn that may get people off. But they are not happy to admit that or have it brought out into the open. So its best to just leave it alone.
