They have refused to respond to over 10 emails and their phone line is a full messagebox as far as i am concerned they are theives and i would not want to see anyone else skanked by these bandits. don't buy from them. they show no rspect to their customers whatsoever i'd like to hear from anyone else with any experience of these people, particularly if you have ever had any response from them via fone or mail [Link] |

A search using Dejanews under 'Vidshop' or 'Vidshop.com' will yield a wealth of posts from unhappy customers like yourself. This company is the epitome of bad customer service and in my opinion should be avoided at all costs. There is no company in Europe at the moment that can match the service and prices offered by US retailers. [Link] |

I know you might cringe at the word VHS however the sight of Kate Moore being well and truly fucked in `Amandas Diary` was too tempting to refuse. But back onto the subject if you live in the UK then their are some good US retailers that understand H.M Custom regulations and manage to get dvd`s through without any problems. However Future Entertainment have now started to supply XXX dvd`s at £19.99 each and with free shipping withing the UK so no problems with H.M. Customs and they also come sealed with the original case. [Link] |

They offer titles from Wicked, Elegant Angel, Vivid, Digital Playground, Metro, VCA and Adam and EVE but unfortunately again no Private!!!...although free shipping Again I think how strange UK law is that they now tolerate imports of adult dvds from abroad however you cant legally supply them mailorder from within the UK....weird. I'm in the UK and am looking to build up a dvd collection but boy has it been HARD to find a reliable, discreet supplier. Am totally ignorant as to the fine detail of import regulations - but knowing Britain it'll probably be illegal. Any suppliers/collectors you can recommend. That is why it is so difficult to find a good supplier within the UK. Also if you lend any tapes etc to a friend you will be breaking the law. Some suppliers that supply within the uk are www.futureent.com At the moment they only supply Vivid movies but they are good value at £19.99 each. If you want to risk importing, again this is not illegal however H.M Customs may or may not consficate your pacakge should they open it. www.dvdxtreme.com are good value and they understand the import problems that we have hear and so they pack all orders in special packaging. But make sure you only order 1 disc per order. www.adultdvdnow.com are also very good and they have a loyalty scheme so that for every 5 discs you buy you get one free. With these it is possible to order around 4 discs at a time with no probl;ems at customs. Please bear in mind that all thet discs from these 2 companies come without thier plastic cases. Lastly you can try www.excaliburfilms.com They will supply XXX dvd`s and VHS and will on demand will disuise that contents of your dvd. i.e they will change any covers and labels. etc. However only order 1 item per order. In light of what you've said I'm thinking of going for Adultdvdnow.com - which sounds (from the mailings here) to be very reputable and quick. So the disks come via a courier-express company? Do you have to be there to sign for them? I was planning on using a PO Box. I've actually ordered from YourChoice - they're reliable but they've nowhere near the selection of adultdvdnow (and others)- very keen to get Rocco's 'Animal Trainer' film... In truth I'm a bit nervous about ordering direct from the states and the potential Customs thing - but you seem to feel it's not really a big problem. Your dvds will be delivered by the postperson so you won't need to sign for anything, as long as he/she can post them through your letterbox! I recently ordered two dvds (one at a time) from Adult DVD Now. The first one took 8 days, the second took only 4 days!! and around holiday season that's pretty good. [Link] |
