I have recently upgraded FF to 2.0.0.6.
About a week after the upgrade I began to have trouble using the Icon and the Preview buttons when posting.
At first the Icon button only works if I re-booted FF. Now nothing.
Now I am also having problems with the Preview button. Starting yesterday when I clicked on it nothing would happen. So I decided to post with out previewing. When I try this I get the preview window without being able to post to the thread. I finally was able to post by reloading the post editing page.
Your thoughts?
PS: I do use NoScript as one of my addons, but I do allow all ADT scripts to run. I have used this addon for a couple of years without a problem.
Thanks

Works for me and I use noscript too. Looks like it is something else then Firefox. Did you check for viruses, etc.?

Can you disable NoScript while on ADT just to test if that's the problem? I use firefox as my primary browser and haven't see this type of problem. (Currently using 2.0.0.6)
I'm not familiar with NoScript add on. Do you need to re-enter site names with each browser upgrade for the NoScript add on to work properly? Did 2.0.0.6 possibly break NoScript?
I have also tested it in IE 6.0, 7.0 and the new Safari Beta for Windows. Both functions work correctly in those browsers too.

I haven't had this problem.

That's a lotta add-ons. Maybe you've succeeded in finding a combination of them that don't play well together? You could maybe try uninstalling them all, confirming that the icon and preview buttons now work, then reactivate the add-ons one by one until the problem comes back.

I will follow your advice, but I haven't added any in well over a month.

I'm using 2.0.0.6 but do not have the problem.
I notice you have flashgot among your extensions. I used to get a lot of instability with flashgot, and I have now removed it. That may be a possibility.
