Seems this online retailer is now terrible with customer service. Five Star used to be really good. Now forget it, what a rip off. I have had a title on backorder since November and when I emailed them to change the title to one in stock for the same price, which they have done no problem in the past, after 2 weeks no reply. Post on their forum and still nothing. Not sure if calling them is owrth it or not. What a change from a year ago.

They never go to my spam filter. Seems alot of people on the forum there on the site are complaining about no customer service lately and no replies. Might be a change in ownership and employees.
I think they might be struggling under the pressures of their legal battles. (Just a guess, no actual knowledge if this is the case or not.) They have lost employees too. The company is still under the same ownership.
Is it possible to have a kickback store credit issued to FiveStar cancelled and issue it to another store? I am yet to hear back from them (for the voucher number) and i wanted to place an order tonight.

I have ordered from them for the past 3 years and always liked their service. But seems ever since the legal troubles they have no customer service and on the forum there it seems alot of people are not too pleased at all. I think I will go with Action DVD next. Five Star had the best prices too.
i ordered 4 dvds from them just a couple weeks ago, ones that were noted to be "in-stock" and they came right away. I know that's just one example, but maybe the problems are with backorders?
