I've felt MommysGirl has been a bit 'hit n miss' at times in recent months. I wouldn't say there were many duds, but some that just underwhelmed a little. Then come the last few scenes. The Samantha Hayes & Mindi Mink scene. Wow, and wow! Maybe it was from their experience of working together at Girlfriend Films that helped, but this was a insta-favourite. It was lengthy, intense, reluctance galore from Mini, but oh so passionate, an emphasis on kissing and breast play, and very little 'stepmom/stepmommy' references. I think there was a few instances of it, but in quick succession at most, so it didn't by any means take away from the rest of the scene. The little glances to full stares at one another at various points, to almost petting each other, kisses on the forehead, just a little bit of feet love at the beginning, it's all fantastic, as well as clothes not just being ripped off in the space of a minute after kissing! Obviously some scenes make sense were the clothes are off fairly rapidly, but in general, MommysGirls scenes that shouldn't be the case unless it's a follow up scene in a multi-parter or a standalone Almost Caught themed scene. Obviously it helps tremendously having someone like Mindi in any MG scene (I hope she's not just limited to that, but herself and Cherie DeVille truly get the 'Mommy role'. I think both have said in past interviews and even BTS for GW, it's a kink for them too, again, that helps big time. After watching this, I was half tempted to go back and watch the Lucy Doll scene with her, but for reasons already mentions, I just can't, which is a shame as I love Mindi. I see Samantha has a scene soon to be released with Tanya Tate for MG (awesome Brett Rossi is making her long awaited debut as a side note), but I hope there are more requests for Samantha & Mindi. I could watch them in a dozen scenes and buy all the DVDs, not a problem lol. Likewise the Angela Sommers, Elle Alexander & Allie Haze scene. I'm sure some people don't like or appreciate build up to a theme/story, but I for one do, and that's why when GFF did the occasional stepdaughter/stepmother scene, it was usually so hot. Only small criticism was how Elle just jumped in on Angela right off the bat once they all got together. I do agree we need a Elle & Angela scene somewhere down the line. Maybe Elle being the dominant one sexually now? Enjoyed the Julia Ann's debut scene with Molly Mae too, but it's a shame about Molly. I very much do look forward to Gia Paige debut with them though as her GG scenes elsewhere are very, very good. I'm curious as to who Julia Ann will be paired up with next. I always wanted to see her with Angela Sommers and Tara Morgan (is the latter still even working?), but that was when they were blonde. Other quicker notes, I thoroughly loved Artificial Intelligence. A must have DVD. It's impossible for Celeste Star to have a bad scene as far as I am concerned. I still have to get through Little Red though which has been on the back burner for a little while. But a Q for Bree if she reads this. Is there any consideration for doing more GG themed fairy tales or dare I even say, Disney parodys of sorts? A lot of material available, and it'd be an interesting take on the latter. I realise Axel Bruan has done his parodies on them, but at most they only feature one GG scene and usually it's disappointing rather short.
I'm waiting to thoroughly gauge the reaction to LITTLE RED before determining whether or not to produce another fairy tale next season. So far, we've enjoyed great success in DVD but the response has been lukewarm from members ... at least those vocal enough to comment. I think, in general, we put out a lot of darker / edgier plots this past year and our audience is starting to swing more towards lighter stories ... hence why AI performed so well. I think our final feature (lesbian comedy - THE FACES OF ALICE) and our minis will be more on trend with what our members are hoping for. That being said, I really want to tackle a lesbian interpretation of a Shakespearean play next year ... it would be a modern twist but I have a few ideas up my sleeve. Thanks for your comments on our recent content. Like every living breathing thing, we are constantly evolving and perfecting our work .. and some scenes end up better than others. Everything on Girlsway lately has been Epic so many great scenes and performers. There are a few girls who i would love to see make an appearance who are not necessarily really new to the industry but i think they would be awesome to be featured on Girlsway. Kylie Quinn, Lily Jordan and Adria Rae to name a couple. It's good to see Adria Rae has started to some girl/ girl scenes just if she did one of GW with a Trusted GW performer how hot would that be.
Today is the final Episode; Little Red Part 5, how fitting for it to drop right on Halloween, and nice to see that the big bad wolf was defeated via Tribbing. I guess we'll soon start getting some teases for "The Faces of Alice." And the next Vignette series "Lesbian Coming Out Stories" is about to start. Can't wait for that, since there's going to be at least 4 parts. 4 parts is the perfect number for a DVD, which is what they did squirting stories. I'm guessing the same will be done with "The Art of Older Women. It's a pretty brilliant move, you have great scenes coming out on the site regularly, but with the features, mini-series, and vignettes, you also have great sources for putting out on DVD.
^ Since the Little Red dvd was available before all the episodes were released on the site, is that a disincentive to become a member? You can stream all the scenes for a couple dollars weeks before GW shows episode 5. Just a thought.
Girlsway spoiled November's GOTM: congrats to Cadence Lux. Seems like a long time coming, she's been putting in a lot of good work and it's well-deserved, especially considering she's never had any big feature parts. But I'm sure she's gonna get some really juicy roles in the future.
Today is the 1st part of the new Vignette series; Lesbian Coming Out Stories. It stars Elena Koshka and Anna De Ville. Interesting to start the series with new girls as far as Girlsway is concerned. Probably safe to assume that there will be at least 4 parts, so it can fit on a DVD later down the line.
^I really enjoyed that scene and I hope to see more of Anna on Girlsway. Really looking forward to seeing Part 2 of the Coming Out Stories starring AJ Applegate, Kimmy Granger and Celeste Star next week. What I'm even more thrilled about is the fact that Ryan Ryans got two scenes coming in the next couple of weeks. Got really high expectations for those.
