What would I like to see for 2020 at GW?
Find a lead director worthy of the position & give that person the majority of the scenes. You can sprinkle in the other directors as you wish.
Ask this question regarding each scene. Is there at least one performer here who has a strong following among our subscribers?

Maybe they plan on doing something different in the future or maybe the GOTM was never the thing that got people interested in GW in the first place. What is more important to me is what is their future plan in regards to the kind of g/g porn they want to make. Are they going to keep churning out mediocre g/g videos on an almost daily basis or are they slowly looking to cut down on the total number of videos they put out and instead concentrate on making a richer more developed product? I checked and the total number of videos being released each year as dropped since their beginning but I can't say that I see an actual difference in the final product.

2015: 392 videos, 2016: 316 videos, 2017: 291 videos, 2018: 289 videos and 2019: 243 videos. To me 243 videos is still a huge amount of videos and I would gladly accept a much smaller number if I saw an improvement in the finish product. I keep going back to Pure Taboo as an example of less is more. Less videos but better produced content.

Now it's true that GW has incorporated 21Sextury's lesbian videos under their banner but frankly it was still going to be there as they are all now part of Adult Time. It's also important to point out that Old Young lesbian Love which I assume is what that guy might be referring to only updates with one new video every couple of weeks or so. I counted 3 videos since Dec 2 and only one might be considered starring a woman that may be older than 45.

I would be far more interested in seeing someone go on a rant about the GW content being just as unimpressive and bland now as it was when it was a stand alone site.
