The keyboard has got all sorts of shortcut keys...You already know what's coming don't you ! One of the short cuts loads up Microsoft Word, Excel etc etc. I pressed the Outlook button although I don't use this programme. I got AOL. I pressed the button and the machine didn't like it. Long story short, it crashed and on switching it on again I got a VSUTIL.DLL missing file. I could not get the Word Excel etc softwares to load up. Messages said they were not initialised. Sopohs Antivirus Icons were gone and also Zonealarm. I reloaded Windows 98 to which then appeared to enable me to open the Word software etc but no Sophos or Zonealarm. I tried to download it again but to no avail. I get the VSUTIL.DLL missing file message when I try and load it off the programs menu. Now I'm out of ideas. I am sure it must be a simpe fix but I don't really know much about PC's. Can anyone advise me. Z. [Link] |
