Someone smoking a small amount of weed from time to time is probably okay but once you reach the point where you have to smoke weed every day and not just once in that day than you have started down a path where you can not longer function without using weed as a crutch. That basically means that you will smoke weed prior to shooting a porn scene which in turn means that a producer will have to weigh the pro's and con's of allowing someone who's stoned on his set. My guess is that a performer may get away with it once or twice but sooner or later the studio will no longer book her for fear of the reprisals they would receive for filming someone under the influence of a controlled substance. Even if weed becomes legal in every State. You still won't be able to film someone who is stoned because I'm pretty sure it's illegal to do so. It is not any more legal to film someone who is drunk.
