Because anyone who values feedback (all feedback, not just the good stuff) from fans (the people who pay your wages) would. If i'm paying my money (and it ain't cheap) to be entertained then I expect to be exactly that...entertained and if I feel for one minute that i'm not getting value for my money then trust me those people involved are gonna hear about it, not in a nasty or derogatory way, but I will air my grievances because me signing up to porn sites or buying porn DVD's and Blu-ray's is no different than you buying something from your local Walmart, if you're not happy with your purchase someone is gonna know about it.
