The book pictured is the second last in the series. The entire series is more than 10,000 pages long. Playing all the audio books would take almost 20 days straight.

How does a boob job change the growing/shrinking??? I mean, the tissue remains the same, it’s not that they remove all the boob and fill it up with silicone. So the remaining tissue will still be subject to growing/shrinking. Oh well, relatively speaking, the changes will be less noticeable (100 ±10 is only a 10% change, but 20 ±10 is a 50% change)

It's usually a moot point to discuss the choices performers have toward getting implants or not because it's their body and they can do what they want with it. In this case Keisha has made it clear that she isn't asking anyone their opinion but simply stating what she wants to do. For me it's much simpler because she stopped looking like the Keisha I first discovered years ago so anything she does now only makes her look even less like what she used to.

^ to my knowledge (others may correct me on this), there's two kinds: fillers, where some form of synthetic filler is inserted. Those are permanent, but the filler can be removed. And secondly injections of collagen(?), which are absorbed by the body after some time.
