It will never happen because I doubt the organizations have the courage and most events are sponsored and awards bought in advance, but maybe if every industry award event snubbed all MindGeek sites and scenes for an entire year, it would send a message. Do better.

Why nominate and award trophies for scenes that objectively look worse than other studios?

You can say awards aren't everything but I'm pretty sure they do matter to those who have huge egos.

I found a scene that says Blue Romance Part Three, with someone who looks like Erik Everhard. In the scene, she is up against a white countertop or in a white corridor setup. Is that what is missing? Here at ADT we are not supposed to mention any free sites. But the scene does have the Brazzers logo in it.

It is true that quite a few scenes have been deleted from Brazzers.

Also some scenes have had parts within them deleted. The Slutmother, with Kelly Divine, is one example.

The scenes with parts deleted usually have rougher sex or what some consider to be degrading scenarios.

If it is Alektra tied to a chair, as you suggest, that part of Blue Romance is a good candidate for deletion.

Seems like MindGeek consolidated all their sites to the same design. Sites in PornPortal are now searchable and watchable. I got in on lifetime subs through the PornPortal for pretty cheap (RealityKings, Mofos, Twistys, etc)

However, I have lost the ability to download anything. Can't even download ZIP galleries for older scenes!!!

For 4K videos why doesn't anyone use HEVC/H.265?

Maybe nobody knows how since the industry never bothered with 4K Blu-ray discs.

There are mixed opinions, but there are some collectors who will re-encode their 1080p HD videos with HEVC to reduce file sizes but still retain as much of the bitrate and sharpness as possible.

Instead of keeping all their videos as MPEG-4 AVC and compressing them as much as possible (presumably to save bandwidth/hosting costs because apparently the biggest company in the industry needs to penny pinch) they would arguably get better results encoding with HEVC; smaller file sizes but would NOT look terrible.

My experience is that many videos are still being encoded in H.264. It is not as if everyone has jumped on the H.265 bandwagon. It could be the shorter encoding time required, or it could be that people prefer to work with what they are used to.

As an example of this way of thinking, there is an alternative format to PDF, called DjVu, that has been around since 1998, produced originally by AT&T, that was more efficient than PDF, and could have been used by an everyday PDF user. The DjVu format was also preferentially used to encode archives of prominent US magazines because of the format's superior compression, but DjVu is hardly used or known about today, although still freely available for Win, Mac, and Linux. PDF does the job, not necessarily the best job, but a job people are familiar with.

I think the industry as a whole is not as interested in creating the level of quality that the customers themselves might strive to create were the customers running the studios, especially customers who are also ADT members and see a given porn movie as more than a temporary fix.

And now you have to purchase the luxury of downloading, too. Always grab while you can.

1- Overly used makeup on the stars- All the Brazzers scenes from the past 4 years involve heavy use of makeup; so much so that every pornstar looks the same. Before you could see the natural features of the face and each star looked different but now every star has the same plastic face with no features, I looks so bad. The same star looks different and natural when shooting for VMG or NA than when shooting for brazzers etc. Make up is one of the things that looks the best when a little is applied- just look at their videos b/w 2009 and 2014. Kendra Sunderland, Skye blue etc. looks generic AF when shooting for ZZ while they look hot af when shooting for some other sites. Using Makeup as if it were Halloween is what made me and a shit ton of other long time members gave up.

2- Overly reliant on VR style POV= they ruined so many potential hit scenes with VR style POV like anal scenes of Jordi with Alena Croft, Alura Jenson etc.

3- Making so many comedy porn- This one pisses me off, a comedy porn is good every now and then, specially if it involves good fucking, but brazzers has many scenes, specially ones with jordi where they ruined it- no good fucking, weird positions, way too much focused on the parody aspect- if we wanted to watch comedy, we would go to youtube or netflix, not ZZ

4- Lack of new powerful male performers- this one hurts brazzers the most, From older talent getting weaker and out of shape and shooting the same style videos (Yes, I'm talking about Keiran Lee- Manuel and Mick blue are 7-8 years older than lee but are a 100 hex better) to newer talent being used more in a comedy routine and don't know how to fuck and all have the Jordi-esque style where they just hump like noobs. The only good talent the've got left, that can fuck like a pornstar is Xander and Mick. Danny D isn't what he used to be- see his scenes with Rebecca moore or cathy heaven etc.

5- Lack of good female performers- During the 2009-2016 era, Brazzers had Rachel Roxxx, Jayden Jaymes, Audrey Bitoni, Lisa Ann, Nikki Benz, Peta Jensen etc, and now they have sh*t-all. B/w lack of good pornstars, overly dolled up stars, lack of solid sex and BS scenes; brazzers went from "The world's best porn site" to the "World's best joke site"

Perhaps comparison-shop. I really like Kelly Divine. She has 98 video entries at EvilAngel.com.
Many are classic scenes, and some of the videos have her and other girls highlighted, too.
