Right now she has a 4 year old daughter, and we plan to have some of our own some day. A few questions we(she) has: -is it smarter to wait untill after you are done having children? my fear is that you get them done, have a kid and they get ruined, thus requiring the need to have them redone. any truth to this? -Over the muscle vs under? your thoughts? -Round vs anatomical? We just have some basic questions. I know there are quite a few porn stars on here, We're hoping that some of you with them can share your thoughts. would you recommend, would you not? Im just looking to start some sort of discussion on them :) Ive done research on the net, and ive seen different literature on the subject, but i value first hand experience much more. Btw, shes 4'11", 105lbs, Asian, 34b's we're looking to get into a full-C while im at it, anyone have any recommendations for NY doctors? [Link]

Click to expand Implants don't get "ruined" unless they break or are contaminated, neither of which is likely to be effected by pregnancy. However, the density of the breast tissue is highly likely to be effected, and that may change the appearance of the augmentation. The sagging or stretching of the breast/chest skin that may occur is also likely to effect the appearance of the augmentation. -Over the muscle vs under? your thoughts? Click to expand Round vs TEARDROP, which is not synonymous with anatomical. Teardrop looks more natural in the upright position, rarely in any other. Click to expand I have voiced my opinion several times, in this forum and in others I contribute to. If she just wants to look better in a sweater, that is not a good reason to have this procedure. Implants require maintainance, there are many potential side effects, some of which are very unpleasant. They don't last forever, but the surgical pocket and scar tissue will. If she feels deeply insecure about her appearance cosmetic surgery will only change her focus. This month it will be breasts, then it will be stretch marks, then it will be nose, ears, thighs, laser hair removal, scar revision. It'll go on and on. Getting a boob job won't make her feel better about herself, it might even make her feel worse, when she runs out of things to correct and she still hates how she looks, then what? Cosmetic surgery can be wonderful. It can also be a nightmare. If she is at all happy with her natural breasts please encourage her to love them and demonstrate to her that you are incredibly pleased with her body. If she cannot or will not embrace her body as it is, then seek a reputable surgeon who will advise her with counseling first and trial prostetics before operating. A rational and objective decision is more likely to bring about a positive outcome. [Link]

I'm asian, 5'2", 117 lb. Before I had a baby my boobs were a 32B/34A, and now after having a child, I'm a 34C. [Link]

My plan in the meantime is to gain a bunch of weight and see if it goes to my chest. [Link]

Not to get too personal, Miss A, but your breasts sound quite proportional for your size and weight. But then I think B is for Beautiful. (of course, then C is for Cupful and D is for Damn, Baby!, but in my book even A is for Awwwrite!). Self-esteem comes from within, but I also understand why women like to have bigger boobs. It just seems, I dunno, that 110& natural is always better no matter what the size (except, I suppose, in dire cases like the ones you see on Oprah). [Link]

I think B is plenty and C isn't even a huge difference. I must say it's easier for me to see how women a little older would want to lift their bust if it has become very saggy. Then at least it doesn't involve putting foreign objects inside your body. Not that I think there's anything morally wrong with it, if she wants to do it. I just don't know if it's worth it. Click to expand alright then. i just hate to see someone undergo surgery for cosmetic reasons. i've only had one minor surgical procedure and it was horrible. i felt invaded. i felt like a piece of meat. and i wasn't even cut open or anything like that. i felt even worse when i got the bill. arethusa, you have so much going for you - you don't need implants to love your body. I think it's great and so does my boyfriend so he's not the one putting these ideas in my head. Implants are something I'm just sort of toying with right now but in the future, who knows. I like big breasts (there, I admitted it) and I think I'd look better with C's but if the cost to my health is too high I won't go through with it. Maybe in 10 years they'll have better technology in this area and I can give them to myself as a 30th birthday present. Boost, why not make an appointment with a reputable surgeon for an initial consultation? I think he or she could probably give you a better idea of the risks and benefits of implants. [Link]
