I'm posting here, because this scene has the look that it came from a feature. Does anyone know who either of the people are or what movie it came from? My wife found this scene pretty hot and is interested in the full movie or more movies from the same production company.

My guess is it might come from the New Sensations Romance line of movies. Maybe not.

The pairing is Natasha Nice and Richie Calhoun, and as HeyNow correctly assumed, the movie is part of The Romance Series by New Sensations, its title is "Love is a dangerous Game".
When I watched it, I found it a funny movie with likable characters, and the sex was good. I recommend it, and so far the other movies from this series I've watched (Recipe for Romance, Lost and Found, A little Part of me) were all quality too.
