I Blame: 1. Sharon Mitchell and AIM. It is ridiculous how the porn industry entrusted this fraud with the sexual health of their performers. As far back as '98 when Marc "Dick of Death" Wallice fudged his tests and infected those girls: Mitchell was either complicit or incompetent. Either way there is no way she should have been entrusted with any future test validation. All those University Hospitals in the Pornadelphia area and they picked this fake Health Care Provider who got her Doctorate out of the bottom of a Cracker Jack box. The Porn companies should have put together a true independent health care option to validate tests and help negate the spread of other STDs in the industry. A real Medical Doctor with a PhD in Public Health. Preferably someone working the red light districts of Mumbai or Patpong, Thailand. Instead the Porn Industry went the lazy and familiar route of chronyism and check Wikipedia under the entry Adult Industry Medical Health Care Foundation to find out just how incompetent "Dr." Sharon was: patient data breach, bankruptcy, privacy lawsuits, etc. Inexcusable. 2. The Free Speech Coalition. They were so focused on chastising its customer base with those insipid and whiny Lisa Ann Anti-Piracy Ads that you can't fast forward through. (I stopped cold buying New Sensations, Digital Sin and Adam and Eve when they insisted on treating me, a legitimate customer, as a rank thief.) FSC took their eye off the ball and never countered with a narrative to head this legislation off. Their fixation on regulating the Internet through anti-democratic remedies like SOPA and PIPA cost them customer share and allowed them to be outflanked on the health issue. Victims of their own greed and contempt for their customers. Fools. 3. I'm sick of the goddamned nanny state represented by the Democratic Party. I'm no Tea Party enthusiast, but I'm as sick of moral self righteousness on the Left as much as I hate the anti-sex stance of the Right. A pox on both their houses.

^ Marc Wallice wasn't tested by AIM. In fact, Sharon Mitchell formed AIM in 1998 in response to these events. Source - and there are many others. With that in mind, lemme get this right - even though Sharon Mitchell didn't test him, and AIM didn't exist, and the only reason her name is associated with this is because she worked (effectively) to notify us in the industry (keep in mind, this was 1998, there existed no centralized database for easy confirmation of a performer's status) of this event...she's the villain in all this? For someone who just railed against situational morality in the same post, Torris, your own situational morality is, as usual, staggering...
I don't think think torris is saying that she helped him fake the tests, I think his problem is that ever since then Sharon has had his back to help him hide within the industry as well as putting herself forward as a medical doctor when she is not. Spot on right, you hit the nail on the head. When I view a DVD, I do not need to get a lecture from these patronizing porn stars/directors upon inserting the DVD. They disable the ability to fast-forward through their lecture. Why must we have to listen to them when we are not the ones pirating the content? If they need to gripe, go gripe elsewhere.

How did Dr. Mitch respond, with sympathy for MARC WALLICE: pg. 579. Tricia rightly demanded that AIM test Marc, (so yes AIM did have a role in the Wallice investigation, if not right away.) Here is how Mitchell responded to excuse away Wallice's lack of compliance in providing recent negative HIV tests. Like it was about his fragile soul being too frail to accept the life sentence of AIDS he had doled out to at least half a dozen women. Mitchell: "What has this fucking society done to impact such shame on someone that they have to consider this diagnosis no different than cancer? (re: Wallice, not Devereux!). My thought was not, 'What an evil son of a bitch". It was, "What the fuck can I do to make this different? What can I do to make my part of the world a little more functional, and a little more clear, and level the playing field.' WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAT EVEN MEAN????? The pitiful demise of AIM should be of no surprise when you trade professionalism for cronyism. Poor, doomed Tricia Devereux was Patient Zero. Those other girls infections, not all of them probably, but some of them were infected due to MItchell's INACTIONS AND COVER UP.
Exactly. I wish I could say I told you so but I honestly didn't see this one coming until Obamacare passed. I wasn't gonna vote Democrat anyway but now I have even more reason to make sure I vote. Not that it'll do a damn bit of good but it would serve them right if every motherfucking incumbent gets booted out. I don't care who I have to vote for. Something has to change and I'm not buying what they're selling this time.
