Maybe even more hypocritical than here in the USA because in Japan, they have thriving niches like scatology, real incest and extreme BDSM, which apparently sell a ton, but the "talent" is rarely allowed to be disassociated from their past should they decide they want to move on. Heck, many even have trouble renting an apartment because the landlord doesn't want to face the harsh, Japan-style humiliation should he be exposed for housing a former pornstar. These days, it seems many girls are being bought by nouveau-riche Chinese "businessmen"-perverts. They're highly paid to recreate sex scenes that those guys enjoy wanking off to. Others get paid big bucks to move to Taiwan or the mainland and become "administrative assistants" to such types. I actually think ex-pornstars in Japan have a sorrier time than those in the USA when the time comes for them to move on. Although many more of them seem to be married than here in the US. My guess is that, when the reamed-out gorgeous pornstar wife comes home, both she and the husband say to each other: "Gomenasai" (I'm sorry). Or "Sumimasen" (Please excuse me). Everyone apologizes; doesn't matter who's right or wrong. A very Japanese thing to do. Helps maintain relationships.
