I know Jay's site has all this, but, of course Evil Angel has plenty other good anal stuff. Seems to me EA, if it has all Jay's stuff plus other, it would be best. But I certainly need all of Jay's stuff including the deleted and BTS stuff.

EA could probably allow that type of material if they were an internet only site but not if they still sale their movies on hard media. There is too much danger that some of their internet only content winds up on a hard media disk.

1) The United States has a two-tiered legal system. Federal law is the highest standard, which takes precedence over everything else, and anything that isn't covered by federal law is subject to state law. There are fifty U.S. states, so as you can imagine, matters of state law can get pretty complicated.

2) There are two types of law in the United States. The first is statutory law, which are laws written by elected officials and passed either at the federal law (by Congress), or at the state level (by a state legislature). The second is case law, which exists when there is no statutory law on a particular topic. Case law is defined by the outcome of previous court cases on the topic in question, and it can also apply at either the federal or state level, depending on whether the cases were tried in a federal or state court.

Still with me? Okay.

The topic of obscenity falls within the purview of federal case law. The penalty for creating and distributing obscene materials is set at the federal level, *however*, just to make things as confusing as possible, the federal government leaves it up to each individual state to determine how to *define* obscenity. This is called the "community standards" test, and some brilliant judge devised it many decades ago because he thought it was the best way to ensure that each community can protect its own interests, so those heathen city-dwellers in Los Angeles can partake in whatever godless perversions they desire without forcing it on the rest of the country.

At least, that was the idea in theory...

In practice, all it has done is made things extremely vague and potentially dangerous for people in the adult entertainment industry, because there is no unified definition of obscenity. It depends on the *state* in which you are being prosecuted, and even then, the states do not have written definitions of obscenity, so it's really up to each individual jury. That's a fucking minefield for potential legal troubles, so as a result, most American porn companies choose to play it safe and steer clear of known "problem areas" (like fisting, watersports, etc...).

However, since there is no actual written definition of obscenity, there are more daring porn companies who are willing to push the boundaries and publish that stuff anyway, but they are tempting fate. We saw what happened to Max Hardcore, who was tried and convicted on obscenity charges for the style of pornography he was distributing. His case had *nothing* to do with whether the performers gave their consent to be in his videos or how the performers were being treated. It was entirely, 100 percent, a question of whether his videos were "obscene", and sadly for him, the jury decided that they were. So he went to federal prison for several years because his pornography failed the "community standards" test which I described earlier.

Long story short - Middle America thinks fisting will send you to Hell & they're willing to send otherwise law-abiding citizens to prison to prove it.

They send it there because someone knowingly ordered it and then they are being held responsible for it ? Thats so fucked up. Its like prosecuting a knife or gun company because

someone got killed with their product. Community standards ... ha ... whatever happend to "privacy of your own home" ? And if i have other "standards" does it mean i have to relocate ?

Strange land ... this America. But dont get mad :) i heard some things from Canada that i cant believe either

^Let me offer a counter argument to your gun/knife statement. Many pharmaceutical companies have been sued for producing a product that was both tested and approved by the FDA and the reason why they were sued was mostly because the product was advertised in such a way that there was abuse. This is less likely to be the case for knives but I argue that gun manufacturers have advertised their product in such a way that there has been abuse and the consequences of those abuse usually wind up on the news and in multiple deaths. Granted I don't think this applies to adult entertainment.

P.S: If you have any questions about this weird Country known as Canada then go ahead and ask them because I might have the answer seeing as I'm Canadian.
