I can attest from personal experience to the frustration when you shoot something that seems like an A+ slam dunk to you, but it doesn't sell, and I can imagine that having that experience enough times in a row would make it very difficult financially to continue shooting in that style.

Again, I don't know what Jay's sales figures looked like, but all the evidence would suggest that he struggled in the increasingly SEO-optimized landscape of modern assembly line pornography. It's a damn shame. He was one of the best.

Since Jay is pretty much gone, maybe we could list scenes that might be in the vein of his style of shooting, like really good girl/girl anal scenes with lots of wonderful gaping, good lighting where you can really see into the gapes, delicious g/g ass licking, big anal toys, etc.

A list of scenes that those of us who love his stuff could look for. We could help each other out to find scenes that we can use in the present for getting our fix. I'm assuming if you are a Jay fan you are like me, a 100% lesbian anal gape junkie.

Obviously, there is no one currently who can compare to him, but sometimes there are scenes that come close, well maybe not actually close, but relatively close. That's why I still love physical media, because once you buy it, it's yours. The consumer relinquishes so much control of the product. Most obviously, they relinquish ownership of the content, but there are so many other things you don't even think about until it becomes a problem. You're signing up for a service which could change or shut down at any time, to view content which can be censored or removed at any time, at the discretion of a producer who can revoke your access at any time.

If one subscribes to a digital service and shells out the money for it, how is that different than buying a dvd of the subject matter? That digital service can delete the content at their own whim, and then you have no recourse. What you paid for is no longer there. Your money is gone and so is your content. I've gone through this with several porn sites.

I'm not talking about uploading it back onto the internet for others to get for free, that is indeed a whole other can of worms. I'm totally against that. I reiterate I AM AGAINST THAT.

Not trying to raise an argument here, piracy is wrong, I agree. I pay for my porn, but once I pay for it, I want it to be mine. But, I don't think it is right for some arbitrary third party to take it away from me. Let's put it this way, most paid sites have a download option. Why is OnlyFans or such sites considered a different animal all together?

On the subject of concerts and such, remember the days when Axl Rose would crowd-dive to stop someone from taking pictures? There's no way he could do that today. Most bands now actually encourage you to take photos and videos. The days of fighting Nabster is gone. Even Metallica themselves admit that was a losing battle from the beginning.

Again, and I want to be perfectly clear here, I am NOT advocating piracy, but there is a very gray area here.
