Odd as it may seem, dispo, I do understand the language and the point I was trying to make was pretty straightforward. I'm 15,000 odd miles away from the hub of this industry and had just read a whole raft of stuff, here and elsewhere, about some innocent folks who may have been unknowingly caught up in the infection mess. Some of what I read suggested Jessie may have been one of those people. I reckon she's a sweetheart, like her work, and didn't like to hear she may have been one of those caught up in the mess, due to what was widely reported as an individual misrepresenting their health status. I thought that would be unfair, particularly given Jessie's enthusiastic participation in the industry and her willingness to get out there in her performances. I thought such disregard would be an abuse of Jessie ("what she provides", which, upon review, I wrote once, not the "50" times you allege). I simply believe any young woman who decides to work in this industry is entitled to be treated with respect and not deceived, particularly when the consequences of such deception may be as traumatic as those in this type of instance. But, I also used phrases like "If it is true". I'm pleased and relieved that the earlier suggestions have been dispelled. I'm delighted to find out Jessie is unaffected and wish no-one was. I hope that's clear enough. And, I maintain my right to be gently outraged if anyone is adversely impacted by the negligence or misrepresentations of others. [Link] |
