It also probably takes more time to get all 8 performers together from a scheduling perspective, longer than it would be to get 6 together. Especially with 5 female talent. If you do a scene with 3 female and 3 male, it would probably be much easier to schedule. Getting all 5 females schedules to line up is probably the number one reason it takes so long to produce.

Personally I'd rather not see the opportunity used on repeat pairings. Mandingo has just recently done scenes with Natasha Starr, so I would have to put them on the backburner for a while. As hot as your idea would be in other circumstances, sounds like it would be a while before she goes back to work, and that's if she decides to.
